Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@giffgaff Since you dismiss a potential CUSTOMER as not worth replying to, with a copy pasted 'go to website' 'response' it is clear that my custom would not be welcome.
-
G McQueen (@gemcq2) reported@giffgaff "Our team of giffgaff agents are email-only who can handle account-related questions, such as payment problems, cancelling your account, or unblocking your phone."
-
Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.
-
Fergus Kiely (@fergus_kiely) reportedRaised a complaint with GiffGaff - still no reply??!!
-
Emily Lay (@emsywemsy10) reported@giffgaff The call number says there is an issue and doesn’t work. And the number to text isn’t working either.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 We do not have access to accounts or cases via social media Karina. If you reply to the agents via your case, they will get back in touch as quickly as they can to help further - giffgaff Jade
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

🫀 𝔱𝔞𝔩𝔦𝔞-𝔟𝔩𝔲𝔢 ⚧︎ ☆⋆。𖦹°‧★⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡ (@belovedharlot) reported@dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)
