    @giffgaff hi I just topped up £10 voucher to get a goody bag and it has instantly taken 1p off my credit so I am unable to purchase one! My phones on WiFi aswell so don’t understand why this has happened can you please help me

    @giffgaff why can't I call certain numbers 0330 etc? I'm trying to sort out an insurance claim and have to use somebody else's mobile on a different network. Just really annoying

    @tescomobile I’m astonished to hear this. Maybe because you can’t get people up and running to test the network/service?!? Wasted hours trying to get our accounts. Gave up and now happy with Giffgaff.
