    @dalehay @O2 @giffgaff Mate O2 are ******* awful. I live in Liverpool city centre and have had shocking signal issues. Just left them and went to ee. May be more expensive but at least I can use my phone!

    @giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

    @giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, got my sim today and have been trying to activate for the past hour. It's not letting me login using my email and I can't remember my member name. Texting 43430 doesn't help. Any suggestions please.
