.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@AtomOfTheSun Hi, The order shown on your screenshot is linked to an iPhone 11, this can't be changed through a phone update. This would suggest an iPhone 11 was purchased, and would be why your phone shows an iPhone 11. I you drop us a DM we can try to help further with this. giffgaff Natalie

@giffgaff Thank you Hannah, one of your agents was quick to tell me the phone was broken but is now ignoring my questions and emails. Funny how they only have responded re one phone when they signed for 2. I would like a complaints email as I am horrified by this behaviour.

@giffgaff I just received a refurbished iPhone 7 from you in the post this morning, and the battery is a disaster. It has gone from 100% to 50% in less than 30 minutes, and I can see the percentage ticking down. It is also extremely hot to touch while charging. Please resolve

@giffgaff how is it possible that I have been with you guys for 6 years (I've purchased a phone in that time and paid monthly without problems-me having no contract of employment) and now I can't buy another one with a full time contract of employment?? I don't get it...

@samuelaled @ThreeUK If I’m not mistaken, only EE & O2 support it - & this excludes MVNOs on their networks like Giffgaff too
