.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@giffgaff Why can't I login to my account? I've tried using wifi and data on my phone and my laptop. Says "uh-oh, looks like there was a connection issue. Please check you internet access..." My internet is fine.

@Eli_Eli_s @giffgaff It could well do because if there's no network problem then it's going to be either your phone or your sim causing the lack of signal. You can either order one free from giffgaff or grab one from your local shop for under £1 then perform a sim swap to keep your number etc 1/2

@ChloHillxxx Thank you. I had an iphone and Galaxy borh on Giffgaff for years and because of this issue I've ported my Galaxy number back over to EE. When my iPhone Goodybag runs out I'll be doing the same to that. The last 3 months has been atrocious data wise.
