.@giffgaff someone has my email address associated with their two mobile numbers with you in error so I’m receiving someone else’s correspondence. I have no mobile with you. You have no customer service number so this is the only way I can think to contact you.

@MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70

@giffgaff is so rubbish 🤬😡😤Approach with caution. Or it’s @envirofoneuk. No one seems to know. And neither offer proper customer support. I basically can’t send text messages any more. Showing 2 bars of signal. Just constant message sending failure. 🤬😡

@axemonkey Try fixing it by telling giffgaff a brand new email address, and then once they've sent something to that tell them the correct one again. Maybe that will shake some broken config out at their end.

@giffgaff DPD Has just collected the apple phone He did not give me my Samsung S10+ Phone as he did not have it. If my S10+ does not arrive today I wish to decline your offer of £50 compensation and demand £100 in compensation for this awful experience.
