    @giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is Β£13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I never have a contract. Use giffgaff and monthly goody bag. Can never be overcharged or get into any of these silly situations.

    @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

    @LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even πŸ’€

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
