    @giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is Β£13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

    @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i'v been with them for year (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amoung of data though, imo, compared to say giffgaff)

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle
