  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse

  @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.
