  @AskKlarna @giffgaff Klarna approved, then an issue with giffgaff checks. Via the website chat with a klarna person the suggested option was to build up credit to solve this situation. Seems like a strange strategy…

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

  @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now
