    @giffgaff Just give up. So many excuses for an appalling service. Just think ‘customer’ and take accountability, not how you can avoid doing anything. @giffgaff

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...

    @thefilipguy @O2 @Starlink As a British guy I’m fine living with giffgaff, which is… O2 network

    @AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged

    @mmordecai No problem, Mark - giffgaff Hannah

    Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported

    @giffgaff Since you dismiss a potential CUSTOMER as not worth replying to, with a copy pasted 'go to website' 'response' it is clear that my custom would not be welcome.

    @giffgaff I am still paying off my refurbished IPhone 14 and the camera is no longer working, have tried lots of different things, apparently it’s a known issue and when I run the serial number through Apple website, they said it has previously been sorted for this

  • TheBossnME
    Mark 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    Hey @O2 I have a phone that's locked to your network but since I'm now on GiffGaff, I can't unlock it... What do I do?
