    @giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is £13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

    @giffgaff ah now theres the issue. GIFFGAFF claim it was water damage ( on a water proof phone) I say it has never been in water, so I claim you sent a DUD phone. Will you replace it?

    @giffgaff GiffGaff, are you feeling ill? Under the weather? I ask as signal coverage has been very bad in Edinburgh past few days. Wondering if it is a wider problem or a localised problem? Wife and I affected at very least across two phones between us.
