@giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is £13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

@NicholasGarnett @giffgaff Thanks. Think I worked out the issue. I have a work phone which also has my iCloud account. It was set to only receive iMessages through my Apple ID. But….when I reactivated iMessage with my new sim and ported number it activated the work phone number. Without my say so!

@giffgaff Honestly, that idea never even occurred to me. It doesn't really bother me, mostly just thought it was funny, but I suppose not everyone would feel that way, so I'll report the bug to them later today.

Nah @giffgaff it’s been good but I’m done. Legit can’t load anything when I’m out and about and I’m over it. Best network for internet signal in UK anyone?

@nomoneyforbeer @giffgaff They normally complete mid afternoon,your sim from your old network will stop working and shortly afterwards you number will transfer and while it's happening your giffgaff sim will stop working for a short time. Restarting your phone now and again will show when it's all done.
