@giffgaff what’s happening with your online service? Every time I’m trying to access my account it’s saying it’s a problem on your side? This isn’t the first time either, need to access my account

@giffgaff Well contacting @giffgaff about this was a complete waste of time, I expected so much better from a company that I valued for their customer ethic and value for money, but it just goes to show that the true measure of a company's worth only shows when something goes wrong.

@editsfqx That's not good. Are you able to send us your full postcode via DM and we'll see if there are any issues in your area that could be causing this to occur. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay £10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

ffs @giffgaff really needs a way to be able to manage multiple sim cards under one account. Can't log on to the kids account to add data because of stupid 2 factor auth.

Having to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?
