  • nathanlawsn
Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

  • jodieforeman
jodiex (@jodieforeman) reported from Redcar, England

OH MY ******* GOD HOW CAN @giffgaff SEND ME THE WRONG SIM CARD TWICE YOU ******* STUPID ***** ABOUT TO ACTUALLY COMMIT A CRIME IM THAT MAD

🚨 Never buy a refurbished phone from @giffgaff they send you ducked phones then blame you for damaging it

  • RobDowson86
Rob Dowson (@RobDowson86) reported from Stainton and Thornton, England

@giffgaff Hi I have two queries, basically my phone sale is not appearing in selling my phone and also my revised quote is £13.50 and stating there is white dots on the screen this wasn't a issue when I send my phone to yourselves.

  • mikeyoungUK
Cllr Mike Young (@mikeyoungUK) reported from Elwick, England

@giffgaff I got a payg sim for my spare phone yesterday and spent 30 quid on credit so I can use it as a data tethering device for my laptop at home. Live in a rural area so no fibre broadband option. Sadly, there is zero 4G signal. I thought all networks had this sorted?!

  • SixCylinderDean
Dean (@SixCylinderDean) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, it’s almost impossible to even load twitter.

  • e_gran
Lynda D💙 (@e_gran) reported from Hartlepool, England

@RachelOrr I think you can just get a phone…it doesn’t have to have a giffgaff SIM (but check on that). However, GG is so cheap and easy and you can change plans or cancel with no contract. We have both been with them for years and years.

  • MeInSunderland
    #ImMe | #SAFC | 🇬🇧 🏳️‍🌈 (@MeInSunderland) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@1BenBaller @giffgaff It’s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didn’t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work

  • JohnnyGaluva
    Johnny Galuva (@JohnnyGaluva) reported

The amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.

  • Si_67
    Si (@Si_67) reported

@O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋

    @BigJohnson104 respect giffgaff wtf

  • gibberingphil
    PhilC (@gibberingphil) reported

@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

    jake scrivens (@JakeMUFCSceptic) reported

@giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

  • TheBossnME
    Mark 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported

@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

  • child2mann
    Rambling Rosey (@child2mann) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Sign up to Martin Lewis' MoneySavers website and get his weekly email full of latest offers and practical help similar to Which but free. EE has bad customer service. I have a SIM from GiffGaff that costs me £10 a month but I am a light user

  • Woody3704
    Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported

@crip72012 @hewantswealth I had O2 for a long time and it was fine for work and making calls Until I needed an actual good network with consistent uptime and no 300 ping when I'm playing online games. Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.

  • Nissimlemos23
    Nissimlemos (@Nissimlemos23) reported

@giffgaff After 6 years with you guys, that is how you are treating me Change my address and in the new one your signal doesn’t work, I have 2 newborn babies at home and I can’t stay without signal And now if I cancel I will have to pay?really? This is how you treat a 6 years costumer?
