Opened box with refurb phone from GiffGaff. Taking the phone out, the charging cable and SIM extractor fell out from the other side. But only the SIM extractor made it to the floor. The cable vanished on the way down. Completely baffled. Tiny wormhole?

@virginmedia You are without doubt the worst company to deal with, i have had no mobile service since 27/11, I spent 3 hours on chat and have been sent a new sim, that I have to text ready on my old sim, which doesn't work because i have no service. #giffgaff

Right now my GiffGaff service on my phone is faster and more reliable than @virginmedia #virginmedia I can go on like this for days until I've been released from my contract or go to the #newspapers or #bbc to expidte things. Every month there's something. Luckily for now I CBA!

@giffgaff I get mast issues can effect different sevixes I have worked for a number of mobile providers but the as I said in my original tweet 3 different sims and 3 different handsets. Also this has been ongoing for over a week now so I think its something a bit more than the mast issue
