@bannbinouk @giffgaff Hi Steve, usually turning my phone off and back on helps but as others mention it could be a network issue in your area.

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.

@quentynblog EE lad. £10 add-on to use your normal allowance while travelling or £2 a day. Giffgaff is O2 and ****

@giffgaff We've looked but there are no blocks in place. Basically whenever she tries to call him, it just says "Line Busy", but none of us have that issue.

@virginmedia works being carried out on the line today. SMS about it sent yesterday. I work from home and I cannot even use Giffgaff as a hotspot. Working on the line there as well. No notice. You own both companies and this is ridiculous after the 48h+ outage from last week.

Wow Giffgaff is not the network to go roaming in the USA on... With just email and Twitter usage I apparently managed to burn through £30 of data in *2 days* - err is that normal ? I like them for everything else but I may need a local SIM the next time

Come on @giffgaff can you sort your app out? Ever since the update 29th September to fix “some” bugs it’s not worked for me?
