@giffgaff 4g used to be really quick at home, these days my phone often shows full 4g bars but it's really slow and unresponsive. My wife's on Giffgaff and noticed the same. Is there any diagnostic we can do or anything?

@giffgaff Hey, happy customer of 10years here! I'm going to America in March for a week, will I need a completely new non-giffgaff SIM card out there?

@papaspai @giffgaff Hi lucila I would suggest that you contact your bank and get them to cancel and refund such payment if you are not a giffgaff customer 👍

  • AliceThommo Alice Thompson (@AliceThommo) reported

@giffgaff finding it impossible to figure out how to contact you. Bought refurbished phone from you in November but battery life is nonexistent so I've barely had it on but need to fix it. Can you help?

  • floxyvoices floxy (@floxyvoices) reported

@giffgaff Worst customer service ever still trying to get refund 4 hours later

  • jonbradbury Jon Bradbury  (@jonbradbury) reported

@ThePollitt @LNSRBL23 Assuming as you say it’s o2 SIM, o2, tesco, giffgaff all use that network and any will send a payg sim in the post for nothing, worst case scenario it costs you nothing to test it. If it works you can have an incoming line just put a little credit on it to keep it active

  • PandaSquiish NinjaPanda (@PandaSquiish) reported

@androidcentral In the UK I use a payg carrier called @giffgaff they don't support esim. No PAYG carrier currently supports esim unless your on a contract. I often switch aim cards from 1 phone to another. Quick and easy. Esim is just so apple can be 3% more water resistant.

  • LaidBackInSong Nick (@LaidBackInSong) reported

Having had incredibly bad signal in my flat, I switched from VirginMobile to giffgaff.* I still have bad signal. I can't use WiFi calling because my phone doesn't offer it (though I can use Facebook/WhatsApp calls). I just want to use my phone. In 2023. Why is that so hard?
