    @giffgaff @JustRaphReally Yep. I'm having the same issue. I was just minding my business when I got a text message saying my balance was £0.0. (which makes no sense at all but I can live with that). Immediately after getting the text, I lost network coverage (that I cannot live with).

    So I get a surprise email from @giffgaff to say I've been with them for 10 years. Never had a qualm with them, and any of the few outages they've had were beyond their control.

    @Fraulein_Kunst @giffgaff You can't stop it because the voicemail system runs at the network level so you can block a number from calling/texting your phone but not from leaving voicemail on the giffgaff servers. The only solution is to switch off your voicemail by dialling 1626

    Can’t get into my giffgaff account to cancel a payment that I no longer use unless they can send a message to the phone I no longer have 🙈 #giffgaff

    @Zack3O12 Vodafone are literally the worst! I'm with Giffgaff and I think they're great :) can't upgrade early tho :(

    @giffgaff I put £10 credit last night, it disappeared in 4 hours when only looking at social media and news sites. This cant be right! I also cant log in, so I have no way to resolve the issue. I cant even log in to the forum.. someone please help????
