@giffgaff Ah yes, I was already aware of the MNVO link between giffgaff and O2. I'm trying to establish if O2 really does use the VirginMedia network as it's backbone/infrastructure.

@giffgaff I can’t do this as I’m not a member. Nor do I have an incident number. I’ve just tried.

@giffgaff hi. Can someone help me. It's been over 7 days and I not received payment for my phone recycle. You said it was transferred but nothing still. Is there a number for customer service

  • Smiffy1890 Brent Smith (@Smiffy1890) reported

@giffgaff quick question, why would I buy a £10 goodybag that has 6gb of data, when I could buy a £10 golden goodybag that has 9gb data? I don't have a 5g phone so does this golden one support 4g use?
