    Thanks @giffgaff for ******* up my birthday plans because I'll need to be in a WIFI Spot as you are illegally refusing a refund, which means I can go to a better network but you just want to drag this out longer

    @Mark_Antony_3 @JoshBond94 @giffgaff You will need to wait for a response from an agent, Telefonica are unable to support in such cases as support cases are managed a differently.

    @giffgaff right so i need help and you app is kak. Tryna ask a agent but it wont work. my mum just spent 60 on a myriad of bags and credit and still not working. Currently in Ireland, on the boarder between republic and northern. 1/2

    @Mark_Antony_3 The option in your network selections for LTE, is 4G Mark. It is sometimes labeled as LTE in certain phones. If you switch this on, 4G should show on your network, but the speeds will be reduced with the always on data now being live.. - giffgaff Jeanette

    Dont join @giffgaff you request refund due to breach of contract and they ignore you. I have had to involve my bank, small claims court and trading standards for fraud. They are in serious trouble now

    @giffgaff Hi, are you sure it’s GSM supported? I topped up £10 credit and inserted it into the device but it’s not recognising it and can’t seem to retrieve a GPS signal. But annoyed as it feels like I’ve just wasted my money :/
