@MXOFO They just piggy back off o2’s network so whenever there is bad o2 coverage then giffgaff will be the same

@PlatinumELM @anon_opin Last year I called the O2 customer service. Then I was connected to a GiffGaff voicemail. That tells me a lot about how O2 operates its customer service.

@davwheat_ Overall I'd say VF are 2nd only beaten by EE. Giffgaff doesn't have volte or anything yet whereas VF has 4g calling and WiFi calling via voxi. This is in anticipation for the 3g shut down which VF are going to be doing quite soon

@giffgaff mast has been down for 3 days in Doncaster, every week the mast is being worked on, when will we be getting a full connection again.

@MXOFO They use O2, which can vary depending on where you are. Looking at some data suggests they're not too bad Newcastle area. Advantage to Giffgaff is there's no contract so you could try for a month or two and see how you get on

@giffgaff I want to set up a £10 golden goody bag and I have ordered a sim online several times now and it's never been delivered. I have tried to pick one up in shops and none have the golden goody bags. They tell me I can pick up any SIM (which I have now done)

Additionally, a nice big “**** you” to any company who thinks of themselves as too “modern” or whatever ******** to not have a call helpline. ******* GiffGaff only has webchat which means that useless **** of a customer I just had can’t even find out WHY Giffgaff drained her-
