@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

Hey @giffgaff I’ve just spent £20 on a topup voucher and went to top up on the website a £15 goodybag but it’s just took money from my bank account not my credit balance?! Now I’m £35 down for £15 worth of credit?!

@giffgaff I seriously hate this two factor crap. It's a shed load of hassle to get my old folks to tell me what the code is whenever I have look to see if I need to top them up. You must make two factor optional. Or we go. Your choice. And no, they can't cope with smartphones.
