@SDrippings Hi there. We're so sorry you're having problems with calling the Samaritans. We're not sure why this would be the case, as all calls to 116 numbers are free. What message do you get calling this number? - giffgaff Jeanette

  • clairoluvrrr kaws (@clairoluvrrr) reported

giffgaff vm gotta be the worst thing i’ve ever heard

  • EscapeToWhere Escape (@EscapeToWhere) reported

@VodafoneUK No bother - I’ve switched to GiffGaff. I seem to run in to endless problems with your PAYG. Bundles renew automatically by charging your card and not dependent on how much credit there is on the account. Switching bundles looks far easier. And £15=25GB data.

  • mcdonald_stuart Stuart McDonald (@mcdonald_stuart) reported

@giffgaff have you had any issues reported on the Isle of Skye? WiFi won't hold a signal now and hasn't done for a few weeks now

  • CammieRacing Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

After the NIGHTMARE of buying a phone from @giffgaff (2 with faulty batteries, 1 scratched up) I'm sorry I ever left @tescomobile, will you have me back? Your lack of calls over Wifi seem like a mild problem to have compared to dealing with GiffGaff.

@citizen_tammy You can then check network coverage on the website of preferred Carrier. Join Topcashback & you might be able to get cash back on a new contract. MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) like giffgaff use O2, iD Mobile use 3. So beware of who you choose and which carrier they use.

  • bevalam1 Beverley Alam (@bevalam1) reported

@VOXI_UK Came to you from GiffGaff as you have WiFi Calling. There's no option for enabling it in settings. I have bad signal in my house and really need this option, have now missed important hospital calls from my son's Paediatric Dr and my Cardiac Dr. Can you help enable it?

  • ellielouisebxo Ellie Louise (@ellielouisebxo) reported

@giffgaff I have a couple of issues with my giffgaff sim, I need to speak to a real person and your giffgaff ‘agent’ service keeps asking me questions that are sending me round in circles, please can someone help???
