@ThatsDoubleA If 5G access is part of your plan and you’re not getting it Id contact giffgaff as you’ll be paying for it within your monthly fee...it could be they only have access to certain areas of 5G within o2s network

@giffgaff i topped up £10 yesterday on my phone and it said its gone one so i throw the receipt in the bin now i go to check and nothing either gone on wtf iv just wasted my last £10 so thanks yh !!!

Hate @giffgaff I had £7 of credit on my prepaid sim and it used it all trying to make one phonecall that never actually happened. Ordered an Asda sim card now. Giff Gaff going in the bin.

I ordered an iPad SIM from @O2 - and was sent a SIM that used a @giffgaff number (which doesn't work). O2 won't sort it out because it's a Giffgaff number - unbelievable!
