  @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

  @giffgaff Yes have tried this and they not able to refund me so I can continue with my plan ..but I feel I should be reimbursed something as never heard of data costing that much didn't even give me chance to get on my gif gaff account to restart contract

  @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

  @EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff
