    @O2 Giffgaff, apparently high usage in my area means it will be slow. But i literally can’t connect to anything off the wifi. It’s ridiculous

    @notsoshouty Hi there. We have identified an issue with some payments made by saved Co-Operative bank cards. Members who are using this payment method may get a decline error. The workaround is to use a different card or none-saved card and enter details manually - giffgaff Nicole (1/2)

    @shirleyjones999 Hi Shirley. Unfortunately this is not something we can provide. As we are a pay as you go network we do not have access to your incoming records, we are only able to see calls, texts and data that your giffgaff SIM card makes and uses - giffgaff Jade

    @callmelamb You may know this already, but bear in mind any mobile network that isnt O2, EE or Vodafone will be a "virtual" network that piggybacks on one of the main three. Sky, like GiffGaff, uses O2, so if it's coverage you're after, you may find better options elsewhere
