    @just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

    @m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

    @HubertHobux @giffgaff giffgaff don't accept payments by direct debit,you're paying them by Continuous Payment Authority from your credit/debit card or Paypal so if you're paying by card you need to log into your giffgaff account to cancel the payments.

    @giffgaff very disappointed and now leaving your network due to the appallingly slow data speeds. Excuse after excuse and a complete failure to accept it is O2 throttling the speed of your network was the final straw. I’m sure you will lose a lot of customers over it.

    @jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

    @The22Wiz22OfOz Nice mate. I've been with EE since they were Orange with my first phone probably 25 years ago. Had friends try convincing me to switch to GiffGaff, Three or O2 but I've had no trouble with Orange or EE so I'm sticking with

    @giffgaff this is crazy. if i had a smaller cell plan, of 5 GB per month, this wouldn't be an issue. but since i pay you more, i get screwed by these EU changes. getting a new SIM instead

    @antoniogado @richpaige Same - my UK carrier (GiffGaff) doesn't support eSIMs.
