    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

    @giffgaff brought a refurbished phone 2 days ago it’s arrived but locked to another network so I can’t use it with my gift gaff sim !!! Can’t get through to anyone what a disgrace Reallt unhappy

    @virginmedia I accessed that using paid for @giffgaff data when your broadband was off in our area for 4th time in 6wks (or less). @Ofcom - is there any scope for auto refunds when a service is not reliable? The 24hr loss of use thing is pointless for us as its off for less - but often!

    @ImperioBellaL We're very sorry about this Rebecca. It would seem there is no time frame for this being resolved, but please be assured the engineers will be resolving this as soon as possible. You'll experience issues in this area till the mast is in full working order. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff for some reason you’ve said my next goodybag has failed even though I have enough money for it. I go onto the app/website and try to log in but it won’t let me, I then try to contact an agent about this problem but you need to log in to ask the problem, some help please
