@just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

@giffgaff DPD are costing you business , day 1 no delivery, day 2 delayed again and not looking likely. DPD chat on app doesn't work. Going to the shop to buy one tomorrow , if it ever turns up will be returned for a refund. I'm near Manchester not Madrid how hard can it be !

  • barclaytweets Lewis (@barclaytweets) reported

Honestly, @O2 I’ve been with @giffgaff for eight years and had no issues ever. I move to O2 after being persuaded and have had nothing but issues for the first week and it’s the usual story of long telephone waits and not getting help. Terrible service. #regret

@giffgaff is there any service issues in the north east today? Mother's phone is showing as no carrier. Tried her SIM in another phone and it still doesn't work. Can't find anything online to say there's an outage!

  • tom_bodle Tom Bodle (@tom_bodle) reported

@giffgaff We already have but five working days to reply won't be much use for a delivery issue that's been ongoing for 2 days.

  • karinar4291627 karina ramos (@karinar4291627) reported

@giffgaff what happens to giffgaff signal quality in the last month? I can get hardly sign anywhere

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@mr_spoon @giffgaff 2/2 on my phone the method is settings - accounts and backups - reset - reset network settings but may be not quite the same on your Pixel.

  • Lizzie2781 Lizzie (@Lizzie2781) reported

@giffgaff DPD seem to have delivered my new phone to the wrong address - I have no idea where - please can you help?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@mr_spoon @giffgaff The exclamation mark means that although there's good signal in your area your phone isn't connected to the network. Going into my phone's settings (Samsung) and resetting my network settings has cured this for me in the past 1/2

  • kirstykerr1986 kirsty kerr (@kirstykerr1986) reported

@giffgaff ordered a refurbished phone but accidentally ordered the wrong colour can some help before it's shipped
