@KiyleF You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

Whilst I love @giffgaff it’s starting to get more than a little bit annoying when I’m busy areas with decent 4G signal I still don’t get any internet! I suspect the masses on actual @EE proper get priority. What network does @SkyUK Mobile use I wonder?

@giffgaff @VodafoneUK @BBCLondonNews WHY DID GIFFGAFF SEND ME A SAMSUNG S10+ PHONE THAT WAS BLOCKED/BARRED? THEN AFTER 5 DAYS OF LIFTING THE BAR IT STILL DOES NOT WORK, THEN REPLACED IT WITH A WRONG PHONE AND NO RESOLUTION AFTER 3 WEEKS? EXPLAIN?
