@just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

@VodafoneUK I was told my number porting from giffgaff was complete. It seemed to work then has reverted to the old number. Please help

@deanrobertlogan @giffgaff @O2 If your Apple watch requires an esim then it won't work with giffgaff because as yet they don't support esims but if you just connect it to your phone via Bluetooth then there won't be any extra charge for the data it uses.

@BobPrydderch A manual roam can sometimes help you to connect to another mast. As previously advised there will be an update on the mast repair by Friday 1st July 2022. We can only advise that you keep an eye on the coverage checker provided above for updates on this. - giffgaff Ann

@paulsrje You shouldn't be facing issues Paul, but it does seem that there is no service for your phone to make calls/texts. If possible, please try your SIM in a different phone to see if this makes any difference. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I've raised a problem and not heard back, I completed a bank switch. Your details weren't updated. So I did it manually. Paid £10 yesterday. Balance dropped to £0, paid £10 today balance dropped to £0. What's going on? I need my phone

@hellojamie_t giffgaff. month by month so no contract and can go up or down as you need each month re data allowance. It means owning your phone outright though but cheaper in the long run.
