  • sammachin Sam Machin (@sammachin) reported from Cleeve, England

@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@giffgaff In an ideal world vodaphone should give a pac code. But after speaking to 3 different customer service advisers this is definitely not going to happen so I'll need a new number

  • roxybro54357245 roxy brown (@roxybro54357245) reported

@giffgaff cannot access my account been a problem long time cant update my new credit card

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AdrianKeithBrya We would recommend trying a manual roam to refresh your signal. The network does get very busy in your area, our engineers are aware of this and are working on making it better, but we don't have a timeframe for this. - giffgaff Dana

  • sambakey Sam Clark (@sambakey) reported

@giffgaff Thanks for your super quick answer. Sorry, I meant for the monthly rolling SIM only goodybag rather than the payg one. Does that mean on the monthly rolling one there will never be extra costs? (Can’t accidentally use more data etc and get extra charges) or just on payg? Thanks

  • benjamistan Benjamistan (@benjamistan) reported

If @giffgaff is the mobile network run by me, then I am a cretin

  • AdrianKeithBrya Sir Adrian Keith Bryan (@AdrianKeithBrya) reported

@giffgaff FYI, a 'busy' network should not be causing "error - name cannot be resolved" constantly for 15+ minutes. This been happening sporadically for the last few days.

  • fatbert_eth fatbert (💙,🧡) (@fatbert_eth) reported

@giffgaff hi, is there network issues, I have no service

  • AdrianKeithBrya Sir Adrian Keith Bryan (@AdrianKeithBrya) reported

@giffgaff SA15 2RB - network has just come back up after about 30 minutes of no response

  • Myers_Helper Lisa (@Myers_Helper) reported

    @giffgaff help

  • Cakeception Holly Tracy (@Cakeception) reported

@giffgaff I'm unable to make and receive calls? Is there an issue with the network at the moment?
