@giffgaff No ones responding to my e-mails/queries so not sure how to ask for further help if you don't have call centres. Every time i buy the £6 goodybag, it goes through to the final page but as £0.00 and then goodybag doesn't activate/go through.

@jfnew21 We do understand this is inconvenient for you Joe. Upgrading work is being carried out all over the UK, to help manage the needs of the congestion in the area. We just do not know when the issues in your area will be resolved we're afraid. - giffgaff Jeanette

Hi @giffgaff, poor data service in E17 7jx. Any idea when this will be improved?

  • jfnew21 Joe (@jfnew21) reported

@giffgaff I swear u need to sort your service out it’s doing my head in

  • amandafclark Amanda 🇺🇦🌻 (@amandafclark) reported

Look @giffgaff thanks for the extra 5gb but i never use the first 5gb. Can’t you do a goodybag plan thats less than £10 and more than £6 ? 1gb is not enough and 15 is too much :(

  • Craig_Pickerill Craig Pickerill (@Craig_Pickerill) reported

@giffgaff Much prefer it if you put pressure on @o2 to sort coverage issues out around Stockport, or I’ll be switching to @EE.

  • Carihuela Molly (@Carihuela) reported

@doodleslave @PaulKeeganGino @giffgaff No problem in Greece either

  • HenneliGreyling Henneli Greyling (@HenneliGreyling) reported

@Chinchillazllla Emojis are not necessary or important. You can express yourself equally well with words. They use bandwidth and clog up the internet. In the UKs GiffGaff network you are charged extra for a message containing an emoji. There are probably other networks with the same rule.
