@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@JebbleG That is correct, we don´t support Wi-Fi calling. We like to keep our members in the loop for any changes we are making, so if we do change the roaming we offer, we will announce it beforehand with plenty of notice. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff That's what Voxi said a few months ago though.. Surely with O2 being basically the last provider it will happen sooner rather than later. I also just found out you don't support WiFi calling, game breaker :(

@SigniusNetworks Do you have the giffgaff app installed on your device? If you do, then you can disable the Wi-Fi extra there and this should help - giffgaff Nicole

@giffgaff Having checked with a colleague, it's the mobile data that is the problem rather than my calls. I renewed my goody bag this morning. Does that help?

@EE Is by far the best network out there for me. I’ve had the lot 3,o2,Tesco,giffgaff,Vodafone ect ect and nothing compares to the quality of connection and customer service that EE are giving me. One happy customer! May even treat myself to an iPad in a few months👌🙌👍

@giffgaff Network is down. FY8 3FR. Motorola G100, restarted and turned phone off multiple times, turned SIM off and on multiple times, no fix.

@WhichUK One question, the ratings seem based on customer satisfaction. How can a customer of EE rate network reliability... reliably, versus any other network? You have GiffGaff on 5 stars, O2 on 3 stars, despite pointing out O2 providing service for GiffGaff on the page before?

@giffgaff Nevermind. Your network diagnostics are wrong and that postcode is currently a blackspot for data as I first said. As soon as I left FY8 3FR, my data began flowing properly!
