@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

@giffgaff Network issues again in N22 as the phone mast is not working. Surely customers are owed compensation as this has happened twice in the past month, for several days. @Ofcom

@giffgaff I did that before my initial tweet however waiting another 24 hours for a response let alone a solution is unreasonable considering I haven’t had service for 3 days already. Will I be compensated in any way?
Well done @giffgaff for losing me a days work 🤬 So u were doing work in the area yesterday & now I can't call,text or use my data. Absolute joke as can see I'm not the only one having the problem. Nothing advised worked for any of us so u need to fix it!
