    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

    @Plusnet I recommended a friend to Plusnet. He has his new Plusnet SIM but his phone is locked to Giffgaff. He has a PAC code but not a PUK code. If I call you while he is next to me can we sort out the problem so that he can unlock his phone and start using his Plusnet SIM?
