@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

@just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

@Sinbad2000 Hi Steven. Your would normally receive an email to let you know whenever the SIM is on it's way. All our SIM's would be sent using the postal service, not a courier. - giffgaff Emer.

1/2 Well @giffgaff you really are letting me pull my hair out (what's left of it) How can you have had my wife's phone for repair for a month, not tell me anything about what's happening and now on her page say it's been cancelled....really, really poor from you guys....

@MattEva64025022 Let’s have a look at the examples of the mobile providers EE and GiffGaff who both use dialogue but in different ways. EE primarily use it as a method of customer service, aiming to respond to customer queries as quick as possible and this can be done through tweets or DMs. (1/2)

@giffgaff I've already done this, 10 minutes down the road I can get 20+ mb - its certainly this area of the City that has very poor coverage. In the past I could get up to 8mb here but over the last month its got slower & slower.

@giffgaff Yes, I did that, and was sent one with an expiry date of today. The problem is that @lebara thinks that means it has already expired.
