    I'm now with @giffgaff still using the @O2 so signal with them still be the same but no hidden and nasty price rises

    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

    @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    @giffgaff not being funny. Every morning for 3 days now when i leave my house. My sim shits itself to no signal / E. It takes multiple on off date for it to refind my 4g. Yet i used to be able to have 4g when in my house when my wifi went down. Now its nothing. Whats going on?
