@ConorPDunne Hi there. We don't have any plans to make any changes to our Roam Like At Home service. You would still be able to use your goodybag whenever you're roaming in the EU. - giffgaff Emer.

@RantyHighwayman I think disinfo cuts both ways. Free roaming has never been a blank cheque. The 2 month limit has been there from the start as far as I know - my daughter got caught by it with Giffgaff but my son did not, with 3 Ireland, as some operators haven’t so far enforced this.

@Giffgaff is there any way of getting hold of anyone at GiffGaff when there looks like a security breach on your systems? My daughter has been locked out of her account, her phone won't connect to your network, but you can't raise an issue without logging in. Not exactly easy.

@giffgaff I'm having account issues I can't get help with because the issue is the account access I've sent the text and the email request and nothing. I've got a sim sitting here I can't get activated. Help?

Sherina Anuar (@shed7anorak) reported
@giffgaff Okay thanks I tried via text and it didnt work either. Could it have something to do with me switching provider and requesting a PAK code? They no longer recognise me as a customer

James Nairne (@JerryGiraffe) reported
@Mykiel_B @giffgaff It seems that GiffGaff don't take security sufficiently seriously as it is a slow cumbersome process you have in which minutes matter. Using Twitter as the quicker reform of raising fraud and security concerns is not very good, is it?

@giffgaff hello! I bought a refurbed iPhone from you that was supposed to be ‘like new’ but the battery life is terrible - would this fall under a technical fault or would I just be better off refunding and start again? Apologies if this account doesn’t deal with hardware
