@giffgaff Thanks, Tasbiya. Have tried for a couple of days, and it's the same, on two different numbers. Also odd that the call gets charged as though it had connected. But I'll give it a while longer, as obviously you're unaware of any GiffGaff issue.

@giffgaff the service in our area continues to get worse and worse cannot even get a phone signal indoors,you say everything in area is fine,when it’s really not, something is screwing up the network somewhere,missed hospital appointments etc because of this.

@giffgaff I don’t believe you. There is always a way to escalate and prioritise. With customer service (or rather lack of it) like this. I’m very glad I’m not a customer and never will be. How do I complain about your complaints process.
