@adamskiodp @Yorksims @giffgaff They used to (I stayed here last year and had no issues making calls and texts) but told me they don't now. They can't tell me when the facility was removed. Oddly enough I was getting texts via WiFi until Wednesday when they stopped coming through.

@Inthedin1 @Yorksims @giffgaff Even if giffgaff had WiFi calling when they first stated, they definitely didn’t support it a year ago. Is it possible that you were using an app such as iMessage/FaceTime/WhatsApp of similar rather that actual Wifi calling/Volte?

@granth1974 With any network, the network itself is not guaranteed to be fault free, and sometimes issues occur, or upgrading work needs to be completed, which can cause the service not to work as it should be. We do appreciate that it's inconvenient for you at present. - giffgaff Jeanette
