@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

@GrahamBarnfield @giffgaff Well idiot features! I have an ongoing monthly direct debit for a sim only service. I think you’ll find that constitutes a contract in law. It may only be a month long repeating one but nevertheless a contract. Pay attention! Dunces cap for you!

I think it's weird that giffgaff don't give you any sort of bonus if you're a long term customer and you buy a handset from them. I want a phone with more storage but I'm not made of money.

@giffgaff So it turns out that someone is using your network to 'neighour spoof' your users... Please sort this out as I'm not having to block 'neighour spoofing' on my phone not all of your other customers can do that!
