@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

  • FeyazaK Feyaza K فيّاضة خان (@FeyazaK) reported from Exeter District, England

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

  • blobbybobber LondonRando (@blobbybobber) reported

@giffgaff Hi your agent has not responded for a week now, nor provided a solution. Not having network for more than 10 days means I am missing appointments/ deliveries. I will need to move to another provider - please refund my credit.

  • rogiwilki Bikes, Maps & Trains 🚲🗺🚂 (@rogiwilki) reported

@giffgaff I moved over to Giffgaff earlier in the summer but the signal is very patchy. I live in East Yorkshire. The website recommends checking the O2 website for coverage issues. My stepson is on O2 and has excellent signal. How can they be so different?

  • iAmPimmiCue 𝓗𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 (@iAmPimmiCue) reported

Giffgaff is such a terrible network to be with. My number has been deactivated because I didn't know you had to make a call or text every 6 months, but they sure as **** took the money out for the Goodybag despite it not activating my number again

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@thenight_worker @giffgaff Smarty aren't really a network in their own right,it's just a discount product sold by Three so not surprisingly they run on Three's network.

  • alexminett Alex (@alexminett) reported

@thestrayferret Which mast is out? The @O2 signal is pretty rubbish where we are but I do like @giffgaff as a provider 😕

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Lauren_1993 Hi Lauren. How can we help? - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • GY1Matt Matt (@GY1Matt) reported

The @giffgaff sign language advert with no sound is all good & well, but it's not much use to people who have sight issues or dyslexia. No point trying to be inclusive if you're excluding others...

  • dalehay Dale (@dalehay) reported

Hey @O2/@giffgaff, are you having low-speed data issues in the Swindon area? Seems to be giving me less than '56k modem' speeds when on 4G (and full bars). #O2 #GiffGaff
