@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@rhian82 @O2 I've used giffgaff for years! I think it runs on O2's network so the coverage should be the same. It's officially PAYG but it rolls over automatically

@giffgaff I always knew you were a mobile network, to be honest I'd never heard you, until a friend suggested I joined. Not looked back since, even had my picture on a couple of billboards advertising you. Wouldn't happen with any other mobile network.

Trying to do a sim swap and it’s not working! The helpful agents @giffgaff have been rather unhelpful! How do I speak to a real person rather than the messaging service which has failed to resolve the issue @giffgaff ?
