Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

@giffgaff hey, so I’ve been a long time user of giffgaff, and I can see that another network, @ThreeUK is now sponsoring a mid-table-caliber premier league team, I’m just messaging support to beg you guys never to do the same, cheers.

  • mreyetee Thomas Burton (@mreyetee) reported

So again we're camping. @O2 only give 6GB of data with my plan and no option to roll over or buy extra at a sensible price. So old phone, WiFi hotspot and @giffgaff £20 80Gb Data Goodie bag it is. Annoyingly runs on O2 network. Come on O2 you can do better

  • birdinthecity1 birdinthecity (@birdinthecity1) reported

  • JamJamBinks JamJam (@JamJamBinks) reported

@giffgaff whats going on with your network coverage in the B38 area? I've been with you for 7 years and the signal has gone to pot since a new O2 tower was put up a few miles from me? Calls cut out CONSTANTLY, I'm about two phone calls away from switching networks tbh
