    @giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

    Fair play, when they swing into action @giffgaff customer service are communicative, clear, informed, and helpful. My issue was resolved in a few days, and they even worked on the issue over the weekend.
