@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

I've heard mention that O2 uses the VirginMedia (fibre) network ... is this true? If so could it explain why a three day (and counting) VM outage coincides with shockingly bad mobile data on giffgaff (aka O2 network)?

@giffgaff just gone to giffgaff and ordered a golden goodybag so I can use 5g ,topped it up to them find out I need a 5g sim card as well as you sent a 4g sim when I chose the goldengoody bad for 4g so now I've just wasted money on a number I won't be using .

Hey @giffgaff. I’ve had a few issues recently with someone using my phone number. I’ve got a new sim now and a new number but is there a way to disconnect the old one to prevent it being used again?
