@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@glhfb @virginmedia Same here. It's been like this since late afternoon yesterday. I work from home, so this did not help. O2 and Giffgaff seem to have the same issue.

@jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

I am holidaying in Wooler, Northumberland. My wife has GiffGaff and I have Plusnet. Both use O2's Network. She has a lower signal than me and gets service but I am 'denied' - taken from our relative Samsung mobile phone settings. WHY??? @Plusnet

@The22Wiz22OfOz Nice mate. I've been with EE since they were Orange with my first phone probably 25 years ago. Had friends try convincing me to switch to GiffGaff, Three or O2 but I've had no trouble with Orange or EE so I'm sticking with
