  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

  • ChrisOverthrow Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

  • larstall Liam Arstall (@larstall) reported from Havant, England

@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

Terrible service from @giffgaff trying to return a phone purchased online (unopened). Issue with your system means the order is still ‘processing’ but was delivered a week ago. I can’t book return and ignored my request to contact you directly to book a return via online.

  • TheAngelicVA TheAngelicVirtualPA (@TheAngelicVA) reported

@giffgaff It had better be resolved by Tuesday or I’m switching providers. I can’t be without a mobile signal at home

@artbyjoread Yikes. We're really sorry for the inconveniences this has caused you, Joe. Can you please update your case and explain the issues you're having, and an agent will get in touch very soon. - giffgaff Tasbiya

MESSAGE TO GIFFGAFF: It's frightening that a company like yours doesn't even provide a facility to solve problems. While you may say that I'm not tech-savvy, even YOU at giffgaff haven't been able to solve the problem. What a world we're living in when even the simplest of .....

  • RonaldJ61016789 Quintessential Englishman (@RonaldJ61016789) reported

@giffgaff Your company needs to give support - it doesn't! What about dislexic people? written instructions are useless to a non-computer savvy person

  • callmeprimey Brian (@callmeprimey) reported

I'll probably switch back to Giffgaff. Never had this issue with them

  • JordannaGoswell i am jordanna (@JordannaGoswell) reported

@SMARTYMobileUK Hi Cas, didn't need to as it righted itself to display the correct data, so all's OK. Had a couple of Sims with giffgaff for years, so trying out one Smarty SIM to see if it's a reliable service. Thx.

  • RonaldJ61016789 Quintessential Englishman (@RonaldJ61016789) reported

GIFFGAFF DITCHED! (thru pathetic non-existant support)

  • HiFiAlan Alan Swindells🇪🇺🔶#RejoinEU. Still European at❤️ (@HiFiAlan) reported

@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.

@giffgaff I am having a lot of problems navigating your system for phone returns and am not getting the help I need from your support agents. What can I do?
