    @giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

    @giffgaff Thanks Jade. The process of the account cancellation is easy, but the subject line of the e-mail could maybe be changed to help. For example, instead of "Where have you gone?", how about "We're just checking in" ?

    @pittj @giffgaff I had similar problems but I was referred to distort_recovery on Instagram they fixed my account in less that 30mins they can help you too

    @zoe_bearx Sim only and buy your own phone is just so much cheaper. I'm with Giffgaff for many years now, have saved tons of money. Got my phone's from Amazon, when one broke down they just refunded me, 18 months after I bought it. Incredible!

    @BryanFerriman Is your number with giffgaff or another network Bryan? We don't force members to bring a number to us, as we understand some members are joining as new, or don't want to keep their original number. We do allow numbers to be transferred at any stage. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @Emmalouisajones I never tried Orange. I first used Mercury One To One about 1996, then Vodafone, then Giffgaff , and now back to Vodafone.
