I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

Anna Hanchard (@AnnaHanchard) reported@giffgaff Could you please tell me why mine & daughters phones are constantly switching to emergency calls only? Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.
