@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@cymrawes Giffgaff. You can have a monthly rollover for a minimum £6 per month. Warning though, they keep their price low by having no tele helpline, but their online help is excellent. Or Tesco, monthly rollover, bit more expensive but there is a tele helpline.

@dougshaw1 @giffgaff Giff Gaff is owned by O2 so probably piggybacks on their network. Do you know of any O2 people with similar issues locally? Would be able to narrow it down to just GG or the local network?

@giffgaff I've been a loyal customer for many years now but I'm gonna be switching to a different network provider at the weekend the reason is once you use 80gb of data you slow down the speed from 8am to midnight which doesn't help me I have the always on data goody bag too

@lrl014 @giffgaff Hi. Yes you can. You are allowed 20gig max data usage per goodybag in a 63 days period. Dont buy a goodybag bigger than 20GB for EU/EEA usage. Reason is after 20GB data will cost 0.36p/MB and u’ll still not be able to start a new goodybag early until it’s down to 100 MB or below.

@Binzyi @KellyQuilt I'm a person over 60. I often use synonyms because I feel they make sentences less repetitive. And, yes, Giffgaff customers can assist each other with queries (to a large extent), via their website. Customers can gain call credit from Giffgaff when they help other customers.
