  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

  • pachallis Peter Challis (@pachallis) reported from Fareham, England

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

  • ChrisOverthrow Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

  • KyahMusic Kyah_Music (@KyahMusic) reported

Thinking of replacing my @giffgaff sim card iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S22 from your online store. What I need to know is whether the S22 has ironed out the GG (O2) network issues that Galaxy S8 had?

  • olivecat1890 olivecat (@olivecat1890) reported

@giffgaff Hi, I'm trying to order a new phone but keep getting an 'Oops, it's not you it's us' message and the order doesn't appear to be going through. Is there a known website issue at the moment?

  • melroykazoole Melroy (@melroykazoole) reported

@giffgaff I've been with you for over 10 years and never had a problem, but last few months my signal and Internet coverage has been appalling... what's going on???

  • StevoBladeCoD iBladey (@StevoBladeCoD) reported

@giffgaff I have the worst 4G signal ever. It’s just O2 I think . They cannot be bothered where I live so am leaving for EE on 16th . Sorry but I was told it would get fixed and it never has .

  • olivecat1890 olivecat (@olivecat1890) reported

@giffgaff I tried a different debit card and it's gone through now, not sure what the issue is with the original card, but thanks for your prompt replies.

  • Spargsy ☃️ Spargsy | Ben ❄️ 💙💛 (@Spargsy) reported

@callcapz @giffgaff They literally piggyback off of O2 lol. That ain’t a giffgaff problem.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@stevie_gadget @giffgaff You can add all of the accounts to the giffgaff app and manage them all from there. You can log in to the app biometrically so never have to deal with the 2FA and switch from one account to another without having to log out of the app.

  • cllrmattbryan Matt Bryan Upton (@cllrmattbryan) reported

@TitsOut Just googled it and they use O2 as a carrier network. I'm on O2 and it's usually ok. When I was on GiffGaff though it was a different case, they also use O2. Might be down to them not prioritising the users in the same way?

  • 17jamstagram Jamie Stevens (@17jamstagram) reported

@giffgaff do all your refurb handsets come ***** and not in the condition described? Does your ask an agent actually work or does it always fail when trying to raise an issue???
