@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@Porlocking I just want a damn refund, I can't even CALL them cos my signal drops out so often. All I want iss for them to give me the money they took DESPITE being aware the mast was broken AGAIN. Then I can use my Giffgaff SIM straight away. I rely on a good call service, and this ain't it

friend recommended @giffgaff sim for my europe trip and it worked great, no service issues and had enough data at a reasonable price

wouldn't be able to put credit on. I just want them to refund my damn £20 at this point, so I can be shot of them. I KNOW Giffgaff has a better signal in my home cos my son's on that network...

@daviddunninguk @O2 Strange. I'm with Giffgaff (which as you know is on the O2 network) and I've got lightning-fast 5G in the city centre. Got to admit that I have frequent niggly problems with phone calls. Maybe it's the sheer volume their network is failing to cope with...
