@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@O2 I did a phone contract for an iPhone and also port my sim from Giffgaff to O2. I need to change to your cheapest plan or move back my line to my old arrangement. Your customer service lines have not been reachable and this is very frustrating.

@giffgaff how come your phone repair arm is so awful. You sent my phone back unfixed by mistake after having it a week. Had to send it back and you've had it another week now and no reply to messages. Over a month into the fix/replacement and nothing. Shoddy service

@giffgaff Got a Survey email that at the end said if my SIM card isn't used for calls or texts in 6 months it'll be shut down & deemed unused. Concerned you do not incl Data in that, as I use it in my iPad & iPad can't be used for network calls & texts. So what will happen to it?

@ems280204 @giffgaff Is it a 5 digit shortcode number? If it is there can be problems trying to text them from giffgaff even when you have credit but the most common solution is to put a + symbol at the beginning of the number.

@giffgaff after 7 loyal years of being with yourselves I am leaving as your signal has slowly got worse and worse, to the point where apparently I’ve got 4G but Google doesn’t even load! You’ve tried to help but offered nothing useful.
