Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Havant and nearby locations:

  • pachallis Peter Challis (@pachallis) reported from Fareham, England

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

  • ChrisOverthrow Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@giffgaff I have a question about my phone can anybody help me please

  • sieco sie evans (@sieco) reported

@giffgaff Hi, my postcode is SM5 3AG O2 initially said it was due to a fault about 2 weeks ago, now their service checker states it's due to being a busy area! Data is pretty much unusable now which is the only reason I signed up to Giffgaff. No problems for the last year or so.

  • Alexand57638684 Alexander 🏳️‍🌈🎸🇺🇦 (@Alexand57638684) reported

Great customer service from @giffgaff today. Told them I was having issues with my data connection. Within an hour told I was being processed a refund. Thanks guys.

  • PoppyFatherCult Stevie-Oi (@PoppyFatherCult) reported

Isn't it odd who the contract phone networks like EE, 02 and Vodaphone have issues with keeping customers when they annual RPI increases Buy a phone direct from Apple and Samsung and go to a PAYG network like GiffGaff or SMARTY Owned by the biggest....... sh1† loads cheaper

  • TerryFCFCSmith Terry FCFC Smith (@TerryFCFCSmith) reported

@giffgaff are you having issues with service? Not being able to receive calls or texts all day and when I'm calling or messaging out other people aren't receiving them, I'm in Leeds if that helps

  • violetmaze 𝕧𝕚𝕠𝕝𝕖𝕥𝕞𝕒𝕫𝕖 ★⭐︎☆⭐︎★ (@violetmaze) reported

@DaveSThompson @sonya_grattan I told EE I’m hopefully going to join a phone Co op (or giffgaff) when I finish my contract. EE have no loyalty to longstanding customers. I pay more for my service than most people I know! Have complained but got fobbed off with crap excuses 🤯🤬

  • Scott1970c Scott (@Scott1970c) reported

@MENnewsdesk GiffGaff..who piggy back tge O2 network have no planned increases for 2023. £10 month I get unlimited minutes/text & 20GB data +5GB buffer (free) incase I go over 20GB £20 month unlimited everything

  • CazMcDo Caroline McDonagh-Darwin (@CazMcDo) reported

Hold up, isn't there that @giffgaff advert talks about the future and says turnips are the latest craze... Is Therese Coffey's media strategy "Oh ****, what was that thing I saw on TV last night"?

  • JamesAWright77 James Wright (@JamesAWright77) reported

@LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed
