@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England
@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@giffgaff morning. My giffgaff has stopped my normal recurring goody bag and when I try to top back up it just says oops there was a problem and won’t let me top up? I have the funds so know it’s not my end. Please advise, thanks

@Peter_Bennet Hi Peter. We have monthly goodybag options, however, we are a PAYG network so our members are never tied down to us. If you decide to purchase a goodybag, but don't wish to add it on every month then you have the option to add it as a one off. - giffgaff Tasbiya

I’d never been able to use another network’s SIM in it, until Dad said today that I could. So I’ve put my GiffGaff one in it and the signal is shite (to say the least).

@BroughtToBook We had Vodafone and thought they were crap. Gone to giffgaff. So far so good.

@marcsrhudson @giffgaff Don't usually recommend but try 'Smarty' the discount service from Three; £6:00 per month, unlimited calls texts & 4Gig of data. You should also be able to port your number.

@Yorksims We do find on rare occasions that DPD deliver phones on Saturday/Sunday but that is down to DPD, and we can only advise to expect delivery between Monday - Friday. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@JayneCowan @matthewevansnpt Personal SIM is GiffGaff, work one is EE. I have less signal issues in almost every location on the supposedly crappy cheap network than I do on the premium network. Lost track of the number of times I have to call back on the other line.

@CharlieHaddon3 @giffgaff Hi Charlie, just adding credit doesn’t give you a goodybag. U hv to exchange the credit for a goodybag by dialing 43430 opt 2 from ur phone or online. In fact never add credit, just get a goodybag direct everytime otherwise soon as u add credit ur phone will start eating ur cred
