@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere
-
Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England
@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

Fiddlesticks. @giffgaff don't support WiFi calling so I can't switch (map says indoor coverage at home but reality says otherwise).

I’ve had several different @RateSetter loans in the six years I’ve been a @giffgaff customer and paid them all on time and yet I’ve just been denied by @Klarna. If full time minimum wage isn’t enough to prove I can afford £25 a month what on earth is?
-
Rich Thomas 💙 (@RichEThomas) reported
@giffgaff You’re about to lose 4 customers to EE unless you can get @O2 to sort out signal coverage in the CO5 area… no reliable service now for 2 months and counting… 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

@dtylam We're sorry that you feel this way Lam. To ensure no issues are occurring in those areas, we'd need you to send us through your full postcode as requested through DM. - giffgaff Jeanette

Mediasterling (@Mediasterling1) reported
@giffgaff It seems to have something to do with the type of connections. Everything works after I started to use the home WiFi, not working with the mobile data/the hotel WiFi while I was away though
-
James Gibson (@jamesgibson279) reported
@EE Always pay as you go, never more than £10 a month with @giffgaff but as they won’t fix the Terrible service in our town we’re forced to leave them. Four accounts with @giffgaff four mobiles with no service most of the time :(

@bobbybeardo @SMARTYMobileUK I was with smarty for 2 days. The signal was awful. I then went to GiffGaff and have no issues

@jakebrough10 The date you've mentioned, is for next month Jake, so it hasn't actually expired. It would seem you only requested this on the 18th/19th August? You should be able to use this PAC code with whatever network you're trying to transfer to. - giffgaff Jeanette
