@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@brendonvbone I was with giffgaff (o2) and its bollocks. Now with Vodafone. I get decent signal apart from half time. At half time I can get some internet but it's very slow. That's unavoidable with 18k people all using their phones though.

@giffgaff I have been in touch a few times over the last week or two through my account but never get an update of the mast repair! #NoServiceHere

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.

@EE @StourbridgeMot1 "some"?? All my devices are on EE, I've had no Internet since around lunchtime (St Andrews, Scotland). Now back at home in Dundee, still same issue (using now via home broadband, but need to go out again). Not good enough. Had to buy a giffgaff sim for my car's wifi router.

@O2 / @giffgaff please can you check your signal / networks / masts around Staffordshire and Cheshire? The service is shocking. Has been for months. 3 of us are all having issues - it's almost unusable. Calls drop all the time, no signal or poor signal.

@giffgaff I've had zero signal at home for over 24 hours now, unable to make or receive texts or calls in the surrounding area

@AndyJBowes @giffgaff Not blaming them, I know the reason behind. But that doesn’t suit my needs as a customer anymore, so trying to find an alternative.

@giffgaff My daughter is a student who resides in the UK but is abroad for 3 months. Like I said poor choice as you lose a young person for what is highly likely to be forever. Your business.
