@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

@giffgaff Hi. Have used your data service for about a month in my flat and it's been fine but now can't get any signal or at times even connect to the network. It's like the tower is not working.

@dougshaw1 @giffgaff Giff Gaff is owned by O2 so probably piggybacks on their network. Do you know of any O2 people with similar issues locally? Would be able to narrow it down to just GG or the local network?

@AndrewKirk58 Hi Andrew. Do you know the login details to the account associated with the SIM card? - giffgaff Nicole

@AndrewKirk58 Unfortunately without the login details, we would be unable to do this for you. Do you know who previously owned the tracker to get this information from perhaps? - giffgaff Nicole

@KellyQuilt Needs to change her phone provider then. I went to Spain 3 weeks ago. Firstly I had no issues with airports in or out. And secondly my usual £10 top up was available to use with no extra charges @giffgaff

@katfpoole Okay, thanks for clarifying that for us Kat. Normally it can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume as normal after a number transfer. Are you having any issues with your calls or texts? - giffgaff Nicole

@philh_50 @VOXI_UK @giffgaff I’ve been with Voxi for a while and never really had an issue as I’d not left the U.K. during that time but I’m certainly reconsidering now!

@giffgaff Hiya, I’ve just changed networks and although my phone shows 4G I cant get any coverage. I really need to use my phone while I’m out - can you help please?

@SFabiani67 Order a sim card from giffgaff. I pay £6 a month (to keep my Brit phone #). I change sim card at airport before I fly out, when I land, all set. Various plans for more minutes/data & I upgrade when I travel. Always have internet access. Cancel when you're done with service/#.

@Darmapow The only thing I can think of is to use a provider that doesn’t share its network (giffgaff as an example piggyback O2), but volume on the mast will muller the upload speed.
