  • pachallis Peter Challis (@pachallis) reported from Fareham, England

@notmany4benny @carterBFC @SamsungUK One of the disadvantages of living in rural locations. At least you must have beautiful views instead. I had problems with Three and I live 200m from a transmitter where I get flaky voice calls. Apparently I need a Three supplied phone to get VOLTE. Currently on O2/Giffgaff.

  • Sparky_Darryl Darryl Barlow (@Sparky_Darryl) reported from Emsworth, England

@giffgaff They said this “The engineers that are doing the work on the mast have not given us any updates. The engineers do update our network page, all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will bring up if there is issues in your area and if they are going to be delayed” No Help!

It's also 17 miles from my home...yet there's one just 5 miles away from my home that, when I'm closer to town, NEVER have this issue. Why they can't allow my phone to use the mast that's closest to my home is bloody beyond me. Got a Giffgaff SIM, but cos they took my £20, I

  • markhenrydavies Mark Henry-Davies (@markhenrydavies) reported

Seems that all tv dramas have a scene where somebody rings someone, they don’t answer and the voicemail is always something lame like “hey, it’s..you know the drill/ you know what to do”. If it was reality, that giffgaff voice would start and the character would swear and hang up

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@GiftyAkuamoah1 The goodybag will be charged for once it is applied to your account. To avoid any issues, we would recommend having the available balance in your bank account a few hours before the current goodybag is due to expire - giffgaff Jade

@VOXI_UK If my mast has broken AGAIN, just 5 weeks after you put a new one in, WHY AREN'T YOU PUTTING STRONGER MASTS UP?! And, more pertinently, why are you taking £20 from my account when you KNOW you can't provide a full service to me? I have a @giffgaff SIM, but you've STOLEN the

  • torrierob Robin Torrie (@torrierob) reported

Are @giffgaff any good? My partner has had to return two iPhones one after the other - first one had been banned from some apps (previously a drug dealers phone?) and the second couldn’t be unlocked. Isn’t it best to go with a real mobile network??
