@iChlxe7 @giffgaff Shouldn't have any bearing on its ability to pick up a signal? My neighbours iPhone XR fairs no better on O2 but it's the same network GG uses.

@iD_Mobile_UK Just received my ID Mobile SIM card. Wanted to port my number from GiffGaff. I have my PAC code, your webpage says there is a problém with it, so how do I cancel my 30 day rolling contract under 14 days change of mind rules ? Will be cancelling my DD direct right now !

@emmasant35 We're not sure why this would be Emma. Data is charged at 10 pence per MB when roaming, so if you've been streaming, downloading, or data running in the background, this can bring your credit down. Have you contacted our agents regarding your credit dropping? - giffgaff Jeanette

Hey @giffgaff why is my data not working?

@giffgaff am currently abroad, and have purchased extra credit for data roaming. Have been told I am out of data within half an hour of purchasing said data package. This has happened twice. I am now £20 down with no data. Sort this out.

The unremitting crapness of “chat bots” for customer service is unbelievable. Wanted to move from vodafone to @VOXI_UK (which they own). Given up as it just goes round in circles. Giffgaff it is then…
