So I forgot when I swapped mobile providers recently to unlock the adult content. So there’s me trying to surf some porn and it’s not working. Then I remembered I had @NordVPN #LifeHacks #voxi #giffgaff

@giffgaff Unless the buttons fall off, which is not aparently covered in the warranty. They quote £60 to fix it. But that is just my experience. £3 button from ebay fixed it. Apart fron that phone was fine.

@giffgaff Giff gaff has shown me how pathetic they are at giffgaff. All your company needs to do is to provide a support phone number - that's all. EVERY respectable business should provide a support number and most do.

@Xxlisalou83xX @giffgaff I can't make/receive calls at all and the website doesn't make transicions. Also my profile says there's no credits when my goodybag should expire end of the month. It seems the giffgaff coverage is having technical issues.

@giffgaff Appalling service from your agents after suspending my sisters account. Currently our whole family are on giffgaff and if this isn’t resolved within the next few days we will ALL be leaving. We pay you over £50 between us each month and now you have robbed us!!!

@giffgaff I ordered a goodybag last 30/01 and should expire on the 30/02 but my profile says there's no credit? Please fix the issue asap. Cheers

@giffgaff Giff gaff would manage to KEEP far more of its users if it had a decent support department. It is counter-productive to NOT have a support department. It is NOT future-looking to maintain the situation of "no support department" and the inevitable loss of users that this causes.

@QasimU94 It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your new SIM card to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
