-
John Riley (@stairforce) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.
-
Alex Waters (@AWaters_1992) reported from Solihull, England@JackVTaylor More users using it slows it down maybe? Which is why giffgaff used to be good
-
🐺Wolfish (@unit_1974) reported from Selly Park, EnglandSeem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Bigwows 💚🤍💜 ✖️✖️🏴 (@bigwows) reported@EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

thinfluencer (@notgayneverwas) reportedcan someone recommend a uk service provider that isnt giffgaff. their service is actually terrible i hope they see this tweet and kill themselves
-
Simon Howard (@essjayaitch) reported@AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@Kari_Casanova29 If he is having issues with the most recent update he will need to reply to the agents through the case and let them know, Karina. This isn't something we can investigate further through social media unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
