So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

  • Splashy23_ ✨Splashy💥 (@Splashy23_) reported from Birmingham, England

My boy @SirMcFreddie still using Giffgaff … an possibly in the same sentence as the worst network ever..

  • stairforce John Riley (@stairforce) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England

@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

  • royale_musiq Elisha Royale 💋 (@royale_musiq) reported from Birmingham, England

If anyone else is having this problem call 1626 to turn your voicemail off. You can reactivate if you want by calling 1616. #GiffGaff #GiffGaffSupport

  • unit_1974 🐺Wolfish (@unit_1974) reported from Selly Park, England

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@theotherman @mdhalstead Thanks so much both, didn't even realise this was a thing I could do! Looks like Giffgaff doesn't support it but I'm not averse to switching!

  • JiggerJay Jamie Harvison (@JiggerJay) reported

@giffgaff hey I am being sent round in circles trying to get into my accounts, 220201-000119 is a reply to Inc.220202-001046, my login doesn't have any email address where 2sa is live on?

  • visitandtravel Richard (@visitandtravel) reported

@mountainsandsky @EE Three 4G is not available in our area - I did consider it, great prices. To be fair I also considered Giffgaff - they are slightly cheaper. Giffgaff use the O2 connection and I was concerned I would go over the acceptable usage amount. With EE it does not seem to be an issue.

  • Alec_Spicer IntrovertiAL (@Alec_Spicer) reported

@giffgaff Hello, I've noticed that every single morning from 04:00 - 08:00 your mobile network just doesn't exist in my area. WiFi is fine, if I swap to a different network it's fine, but if I use GiffGaff it doesn't work. Any issues at your end?

  • elivila9 Sally Draper 💖🎊💄🙊 (@elivila9) reported

    @giffgaff I need help

  • AnnaBollic Ella Vator (@AnnaBollic) reported

@giffgaff Right, which numpty set up the new security code to get in to your account? I CAN NO LONGER GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE WHEN I GO TO RECEIVE THE STUPID CODE YOU KEEP SENDING ME VIA EMAIL, BY THE TIME I RE-ENTER GIFFGAFF, THE CODE NO LONGER WORKS

  • scwhite_1 Sarah White (@scwhite_1) reported

@giffgaff signal has been out for over a day - when is the mast near me going to be fixed please?

@ClaireS72473185 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

@giffgaff thanks for rescuing us after the feckless @virginmedia shut off all of our services 10 days too early. Trust @virginmedia to add stress, cost and inconvenience to what should have been a straightforward request before house move. Never again. 💩
