So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

@giffgaff If it wasn't for my husband being a long-term @giffgaff customer I'd be leaving again pretty quickly. I know he's generally had good experiences so I'll stay and give @giffgaff the benefit of the doubt for now

His data also had a username in it which he explained in his response to me: "[redacted] was my GiffGaff (Uk mobile phone network - subsidiary of O2 - Telefonica) username - this and the fact the survey was about GiffGaff tends to point to it being related"

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Sorry Fella, I left those Shills years ago on the grounds that their network coverage and CS was shite. I am with GiffGaff backed by O2 network and owned by Telefonica.

@giffgaff Haven't even figured out the community stuff yet... Good service for a new customer onboarding shouldn't be conditional on them psychically knowing to look for info - communicate service updates affecting onboarding & use it as an opp to intro where to find more info in future

@lissa1511 We do appreciate this is frustrating Mel, and we're working as best we can to get the backlog processed as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we can only advise to reboot your phone periodically, to see if service resumes for you. - giffgaff Jeanette
