Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Sold out at the minute. Not sure when they will be getting them back in stock but may be worth keeping a check on their site if you live in the UK.

A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Steviedibbs (@restorersteve2) reported@O2 your app isn’t working properly. I’ve made 3 attempts to upgrade this evening. “Oops something went wrong” has been your response each time. Please fix it, giffgaff is becoming very tempting.
