So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

.@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Trans 2 @giffgaff after years @Vodafone. PAC trans not completed properly, phone SIM locked, charged additional month. Have to reload software 4 phone to work. 30 mins into cust service call still no refund 4 cancelled service. #poorservice

1/ @giffgaff ok I've done a SIM via my existing account, no idea if the new account that was created initially will cause issues. I've had the email saying you're transfering my number to the new SIM but it doesn't explain when I will know when this has actually occured. Just

@giffgaff you have got majorly serious issues with your website, I just went to login to my account & as soon as I clicked login it's logged me into some other users account without me entering any credentials whatsoever.
