Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Sent it back to you, you've told me I have to pay £519 to fix it or £15 to send back broken: standard practice?
