    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    GiffGaff unlimited everything for £25 be sneaking in some 2G data like we won't notice. Everything will just move slow randomly for about 10 mins then it's rapid again.

    So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    Seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to maintain a 3G signal from @giffgaff in Birmingham City Centre and around University station / Birmingham University area. Already had to give up on 4G in the city. Not really good enough. Couldn’t even tweet this from location!

    Does anyone know how Virgin Mobile stacks up data-speed-wise against their parent network EE? I worry it'll be another GiffGaff/O2 scenario where traffic appears to be treated worse.

    @DavidJEWood This Samsung Galaxy A10 isn't bad. 32gb of memory is good, as is the 80gb I get off GiffGaff every month - I never get anywhere near using up my data allowance - for only £25 a month...

    @ThreeUK My network doesn't work every week, if I ring up about it three they keep me on the phone for hours to waste my time doing the same basic checks. I use giffgaff even though I'm imprisoned in a contract with three. Don't buy three folks!!!

    @giffgaff why is data so slow during the say then it come to 9pm and it speeds up again why is it not at a constant speed like come on go to watch a video at 11am and it buffers at 240p and then in the evening i can watch 1080p no buffer no issuses

    Just to follow up, I have tested sending and receiving texts to my boyfriend (also on giffgaff) neither of us have received anything. Please can you tell me how I can fix this issue?
