@giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

@giffgaff Hi, there are quite a few places I just don’t get any network anymore but I used to. Sainsbury’s at Longwater, Norwich. UEA at Norwich. Stalham in Norfolk. The network doesn’t work at all - even basic calls. Thx

@giffgaff is there a reason why your network coverage ceases to operate during very localised power cuts in the pocklington area? Do you have vital network equipment in the town?

@MeganGr64779455 @giffgaff @giffgaff I agree with her. I bought a "very good" phone from them two days ago, and they sent me a phone with scratches everywhere, front and back. Zero quality control. Getting your money back is also a problem! Crooks!
