    @MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

    @giffgaff I just clicked Forgot My Password. I received an email which had a button Reset My Password. However, pressing this just takes me to the general Login Screen with no option to change password!

    @Chris_Pickering #GiffGaff is quite good but it uses O2 network and signal not good where we are. Hence why I switched to EE

    @giffgaff Hi do I send you a dm. When I open the app it will not allow or even open the assistant bit. This is crap waiting 5min for your email app to open or your bank app. All one get is it is busy. Well@O 2 must be cutting what giffgaff customers can use. Or something

    @giffgaff I have tried that. Sorry to say this is rubish. Even worse this morning. Either O2 is cutting frequencies or something. Worse network now. Will look into leaving

    @GrahamLloyd1969 @SkyHelpTeam Use your phone as a hotspot if you need to get Internet when it's down. Makesure your on a good data plan. Giffgaff is ideal
