    @MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

    @Myers_Helper You should be able to get your PAC code from Vodafone Lisa, so it may be worthwhile speaking with them again regarding getting this from them. Once used, this would cancel your current SIM with them, so you wouldn't need to wait till February. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Hi, there are quite a few places I just don’t get any network anymore but I used to. Sainsbury’s at Longwater, Norwich. UEA at Norwich. Stalham in Norfolk. The network doesn’t work at all - even basic calls. Thx

    @giffgaff After 4 days of no voice service on giffgaff and no effective help forthcoming my gf and I are switching networks. Been nice knowing you giffgaff but we need a service that works.
