Jones 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England@giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

Feyaza K فيّاضة خان (@FeyazaK) reported from Exeter District, EnglandHi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

Jones 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England@giffgaff hello. My 4g has been down all afternoon so phone is essentially defunct if I leave the house. What’s the problem?
-
Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.
-
Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

🇯🇲 ********** VanCarthen 🇯🇲 (@JVanCarthen) reportedI’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.
-
Chi Amaka (@Amakz007) reported@giffgaff Your network has been terrible for over a week. Keeps getting worse by the day.
-
Jay Smith (Sonic/Dragonwolf) (@DragonWolf5589) reported@tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network
-
Bob McLobb (@BMclobb) reported@andrejpwalker @O2 @giffgaff Giff Gaff is an mVNO using o2's network. Basically o2 without the marketing costs

Bangkok Butcher (@Bangkok_Butcher) reported@Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀
