  • EarlOfSidmouth Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England

@giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

  • FeyazaK Feyaza K فيّاضة خان (@FeyazaK) reported from Exeter District, England

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

  • EarlOfSidmouth Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England

@giffgaff hello. My 4g has been down all afternoon so phone is essentially defunct if I leave the house. What’s the problem?

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

  • FRibenfors Dr Francesca Ribenfors (@FRibenfors) reported

@CPMumma79 GiffGaff is excellent for cheap monthly contracts. (Around £8-£10 a month but with unlimited minutes and cancel any time)

  • AOSO113 AOSO113 (@AOSO113) reported

@giffgaff I live in NW2 in London Zone 2. Apparently there's not much more you can do for me. The tweet is just some feedback on the overall service here. Pretty shocking signal situation. Respectfully, it's not like I'm living in the countryside.

  • chloe_roberts0n Chloe (@chloe_roberts0n) reported

Does anyone else use giffgaff and find them slow? Moved to them last week and my data speed is diabolical

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AOSO113 Hi there. Oh no, that's disappointing. Can you please drop us a DM, so we can help further? - giffgaff Tasbiya

  • TanyaAGT 🇺🇦☮️☯️🇪🇺 Grumpy Girdle 😷 💉💉💉 (@TanyaAGT) reported

@lshield2710 We lost signal before bad weather. Must be whatever Giffgaff piggyback on

  • AOSO113 AOSO113 (@AOSO113) reported

@giffgaff The signal in my area was restored, but it goes down maybe once every month or so - and it is down again now. I've checked the network coverage. I'm not sure an interrupted and unreliable signal is value for money. It's a long term issue which needs long term FIX.

  • TanyaAGT 🇺🇦☮️☯️🇪🇺 Grumpy Girdle 😷 💉💉💉 (@TanyaAGT) reported

@Mousehole1 @crowmogh I meant our mobile signal, Giffgaff

  • awake_more More Awake In Sleep (@awake_more) reported

@pillowpants18 @CarolineCoramUK So Vodafone is bad too? Which means giffgaff is the only decent one?

  • evelynerose Evelyne Rose (@evelynerose) reported

Hi @giffgaff - I never got a message to say I was being charged for EU roaming but you’ve taken the money from my credit regardless. Don’t think I even went over the limit so how is this possible? Pretty disappointing…
