@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

Just purchased a @GiffGaff Goodybag as mine ran out t'other day. The second I pressed 'confirm payment' my mobile data connection came back online, like within 5 seconds. Never experienced it being that quick before, usually have to wait a few minutes. Thumbs up. 👍 #GiffGaff

@giffgaff This is still an issue. I want a date by when this will be fixed. If you can't provide that, give me a point of escalation to someone who can. I'm paying you for a service I'm not getting for over 2 weeks now. How do I get a refund? And before you mention O2, you are my provider
