Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

Umm Khadijah (@Umm_Khulaysah) reported@giffgaff absolutely shocked at the service. I couldn't get any 4g connection even with good reception. I needed to access QR codes to make some returns and instead of taking a few minutes i looked like a muppet. Then no data access meant no uber. Ridiculous
