  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

  • FeyazaK Feyaza K فيّاضة خان (@FeyazaK) reported from Exeter District, England

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

@giffgaff why have I suddenly got no signal in my home which I’ve always had signal in before?

  • melroykazoole Melroy (@melroykazoole) reported

@giffgaff I've been with you for over 10 years and never had a problem, but last few months my signal and Internet coverage has been appalling... what's going on???

  • cllrmattbryan Matt Bryan Upton (@cllrmattbryan) reported

@TitsOut Just googled it and they use O2 as a carrier network. I'm on O2 and it's usually ok. When I was on GiffGaff though it was a different case, they also use O2. Might be down to them not prioritising the users in the same way?

  • adamebond Adam Bond (@adamebond) reported

@giffgaff A new 5G mast has been put up quite close to me, but I can’t seem to connect to it. I’ve toggled 5G on in my service settings, but it’s still showing 4G at the top of my phone, and giving me really slow speeds. Any idea what’s going on?

  • gavstar88 gavstar88 (@gavstar88) reported

@giffgaff can anyone tell me why 4G won’t load a simple video on the internet. When it was “released” it was the fastest thing since sliced bread… now 5G is here… 4G is absolute crap? How does that work? Thanks

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff you really need to sort this crap with the network reporting 5G to the phone handset but no 5G actually being available so anything using data just hangs. As soon as force phone to 4G only it works instantly.

  • MrJohnHumphreys John Humphreys (@MrJohnHumphreys) reported from Littlebourne, England

@catherine_mayer I managed one month with EE (via UW) before leaving. Terrible signal - like it was 2001 again - both in town and the countryside. Went back to O2 via Giffgaff, not probs at all now.

  • StevoBladeCoD iBladey (@StevoBladeCoD) reported

@giffgaff I have the worst 4G signal ever. It’s just O2 I think . They cannot be bothered where I live so am leaving for EE on 16th . Sorry but I was told it would get fixed and it never has .

  • williamespring William Spring (@williamespring) reported

@giffgaff any idea why there’s no service in Bexhill area?
