@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff time to move on i have 3 accounts and our work force has 73 between them. Unfortunately no signal for the last 11 months in a certain area and lack of knowledge and understanding of the issue by the agents, @lebara here i come.

Anyone on Giffgaff or other MVNOs get the “Boxing Day Booster” text message? Got one on EE, but not Giffgaff… can’t help think that some of the lower-cost PAYG networks might have been where that message might have been valuable and wondering if they got left out…

@giffgaff We have done that but my partner has no phone atm it will be from his account lsc88 and it is a matter of urgency as he has no phone for work. I find it a right faff with out a call centre not very good customer service
