Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

  • EarlOfSidmouth Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England

@giffgaff hello. My 4g has been down all afternoon so phone is essentially defunct if I leave the house. What’s the problem?

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported from Exeter District, England

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

  • EarlOfSidmouth Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@EarlOfSidmouth) reported from Sidmouth, England

@giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

@giffgaff I’m a customer trying to remedy a duplicate card transaction. Just noticed that your response page has a typo on it. Presumably ‘and agent’ should read ‘an agent’ shouldn’t it?

  • tooftalf 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕄𝕖𝕝 𝕁𝕒𝕪𝕓𝕖𝕖 (@tooftalf) reported

@giffgaff Yes, I did have but it wouldn't send Was a little while ago now bit will advise if I hit the same issue again.

  • arafel2 Paul Walker (@arafel2) reported

@giffgaff Hi - I'm trying to activate a new SIM, but I keep getting "403 Forbidden" when I click 'are you sure' (and at other points). Is there a known problem with that at the moment or should I raise a case?

  • wildeng Alain Mauri - one metre plus nonsense (@wildeng) reported

@dhh FYI looks like someone is using #Rails to help scammers. My son tapped on an ad on YouTube and got subscribed to a pricey service which is hard to opt-out. They already knew is phone number @giffgaff do you know something? #jamster #mgage 1/2

  • charrhlotte Charlotte (@charrhlotte) reported

Hey @giffgaff @O2 do you no longer have a GPRS network? I have a device that only has GPRS capability and used to work fine until a month or two ago.

  • RonaldJ61016789 Quintessential Englishman (@RonaldJ61016789) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff I've spent a fortune on this giffgaff connection as I NEVER make it to the end of the month before running-out of data. My buying the 25 quid permanently-on plan instead, I gained nothing!!!

  • RonaldJ61016789 Quintessential Englishman (@RonaldJ61016789) reported

@Yorksims 2 .... I have another complaint about Giffgaff. Giffgaff assumes that everyone is computer-literate. I couldn't post my complaint in giffgaffs' community thingy - what the hell is a "tag" ??) The community thing should be accessible to even computer-illiterate peeps.

  • lizzielowrie 🐯 (@lizzielowrie) reported

@giffgaff absolutely appalled by the customer service at Giffgaff I’ve experienced. My partner tried to order a phone that he has received no confirmation about and is now being asked for money for it and no one has responded to our queries for 4 days.
