    @SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

    @giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

    @giffgaff @Ofcom giffgaff never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This practice is completely misleading and appears to be a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers, amounting to unfair practice/consumer fraud.@Ofcom

    @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

    @OwenJBlanche I’d defo get into them about that, including sports but no Films I always bartered them down to £80, then £50 for BB and another £150 for 3 mobiles. They’ll get nothing in 6 weeks. Vodafone for BB, ID & Giffgaff for mobiles and Virgin for TV. £130 all in. And a magic stick

    @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

    @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new

    @giffgaff Yeah with a link to a bot that doesn't work I'm trying to get a refund because you have taken now £7 out of my Giffgaff account for nothing usage still all at 0 for calls texts and data get that money refund now
