@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

@giffgaff That’s no use, I’m going to be here all week. What is their timescale? I genuinely don’t mean to sound like stroppy customer here, but I’m going to have to go to another service provider if this isn’t sorted by lunchtime.

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

@giffgaff hello. My 4g has been down all afternoon so phone is essentially defunct if I leave the house. What’s the problem?

@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff and @O2 seems that this is not the best network for use on a canal away from civilization. Can anyone recommend a more reliable network that may want some promotion on my other profile and social media as I continue my lone canal journey. I don't mind advertising

@giffgaff Looks like my goodybag hasn't renewed as when I log into the website I get "We can’t accept payments at the moment. Pop back later and try again." Can you help?

@giffgaff Giff gaff has been charging me even though I don't have a giff gaff sim. And I can't find any way to contact you to discuss this, because it needs a Giffgaff contact number or name to login, and I don't have one.

@giffgaff use @VMO2News’s mobile network so the infrastructure component is managed by them, however GG are the service provider. It quickly became clear that something wasn’t right - I couldn’t receive calls, text messages or use iPhone functionality like messenger…

Why is greater regulation important to protect consumers, especially during economic downturns? A thread on the ongoing poor experience I’m suffering having moved mobile network providers (from @VodafoneUK to @giffgaff).

@giffgaff Unfortunately that didn't alleviate the problem

@BBCBreakfast I can't help but feel that the reason turnips have kept coming up may be caused by a giffgaff TV advert.

Two weeks ago, my contract ended with @VodafoneUK and I decided to try an alternative network. I thought I’d try @giffgaff SIM only because I wanted to see if their network performance (O2’s) was better than Vodafone’s. (I’d also reduce my bill from £70 to £20 a month).
