@SteHyatt @giffgaff The demographic mentioned on the end has definitely never been me. I usually use Wi-Fi 95% of time but want a few mobile calls and texts and data when off Wi-Fi. When travelling I switch up to get more data.

@giffgaff am disappointed by changes to cheapest goody bags. I've never been interested in more than a couple of calls or texts, just data.

Hi @giffgaff! My mom’s bought a pay as you go sim with unlimited minutes yesterday - had a 60 minute phone call to a London number and it says all her minutes are finished. I cannot find a number to call you. Please help - thanks!

@giffgaff hello. My 4g has been down all afternoon so phone is essentially defunct if I leave the house. What’s the problem?

@darkangelazure The symbol showing is the NFC symbol Sophie, which can be turned off within his settings or the pull down options. We'd advise to check the connection settings to ensure roaming data is enabled, as the roaming is showing as on with the R symbol. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff doesn't have a customer service 😳. I'm surprised to discover this after 5 years with them. This should be the end of me using that network

@O2 Hi are the issues in LE12 too?? Had no signal all day and the same in LE5. Although I'm with @giffgaff they run on your network. When you have family in hospital, and can't call out or receive calls, this is adding to the stress!

@Raphas_Angel_ Yeah they are clowns at @AskKlarna it doesn't matter how many phones you have had off them and missed no payments. These idiot at klarna don't take that into consideration, just turn everyone down it seems. Time to leave @giffgaff I think.

Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?

@giffgaff Why did I just have a dodgy Indian call centre with a spoofed Northern Ireland number call me asking me to sign up to a new "discount" O2 tariff? Are you selling customer information?
