@giffgaff hello, are you having some technical issues with payments at the moment? I've had two auto top ups in two days of £10, but there's no way I've used that amount of data in 24h based on both my phone usage and payments on your app dashboard.

  • T1mbuktwo Lingmell (@T1mbuktwo) reported

@giffgaff cannot access my account again. This happens time and again. Ended up being locked out as I thought it was incorrect details I was inputting. But no, looks like another outage. Hopeless.

  • MsSMoreau Sophia Moreau (@MsSMoreau) reported

Hi @giffgaff, can you help me out? I haven't had signal for the past couple days. I have urgent calls to make.

@ProfKurtMills Oh dear, Kurt. Please can you check and make sure that the card has not expired, as this would cause the recurring payment to fail - giffgaff Jade

@iPoof @O2 I’m on giffgaff on the o2 network. I’m sim only, I’ve got auto renew but you don’t have to do that.

@giffgaff Two separate phones showing ‘no service’

  • WobbleBoxers the wobble boxers (@WobbleBoxers) reported

@tompeach90 @TrumaUK @giffgaff I would have thought the command system could be turned off to save power. Does that run off your phone app? That would be constantly looking for a signal or blue tooth link. Think how fast a phone goes flat with Bluetooth on all day and nothing to connect to.

  • GrumpyGymGoer Lord Outwardly Cuntish (@GrumpyGymGoer) reported

@giffgaff Yea I've done that it says no coverage yet the bloke sat next to me on O2 has a full 5G signal?
