Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported@giffgaff Nicole, your agent is just saying” you are entitled to nothing” I repeat, I have paid for a service, no service is not a service. I want to tell everyone what Giffgaff’s approach is to a customer who has paid for a service but is getting “ no service “ and that is NOTHING”

Terry #FBPE. Husband. Dad. Labour. NHS 🇪🇺🇮🇪 (@ToriesAreBent) reported@Mandoline_Blue @northlondonpoly If you're going O2 then look at Giffgaff Same parent company, same network so same coverage (which I've found no real problems with) But no need for a contract and cheaper
-
Richard Fröhlich #StandWithUkraine🇺🇦 (@testedbylife) reported@Mandoline_Blue @GTTO__ Try GiffGaff for sim- no contract, move tariff up or down each month. My 2 phones cost £10 and £6 pm. Avoid Vodafone like the plague.
-
John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@DavidTh55952799 @giffgaff Only a giffgaff agent can deal with account issues so it'll be a matter of waiting for them to reply to you but £10 only buys 100MB of data at the PAYG rates so just apps running in the background can use that up in minutes at times.
-
John Lee (@JohnLee90252472) reported@Beverle51995260 Was on T Mobile then Orange then EE Took them over awful firm went to giffgaff on a friends recommendation pay £10 a month for text...calls...and 15g all in!they have cheaper and dearer packages but you renew every 30 days so you don't like your under no obligation to renew. 👍
-
benno44775 (@benno44775) reported@BobPrydderch @giffgaff Unfortunately no company offers 100% service, even your own bank or broadband company. When it comes to telecommunications it can never be 100% guaranteed but mast issues, limiting network speeds at congested times, coverage in your town/city etc
-
Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported@giffgaff But I am going to let everyone know Nicole, your agent has just informed me “ giffgaff does not guarantee 100% service” so I have asked the agent how much service does giffgaff guarantee? 1% ? 40% ? I am entitled to a “ quality of service” no service is not a quality of service.
-
gez howarth (@gez_666) reported@tescomobile @giffgaff They said every time they tried to put my details through it came up with a technical error, they reported it and apparently it was a known issue
-
Just Dave #BrexitHasFailed #OurNHS #ToriesOut#FPTP (@Dave_Numb) reported@Mandoline_Blue On Giffgaff 12 pay as you go reoccurring Giffgaff bag. Pay for my own phone no more than 300. It is 02 network and cheaper than any deal I know.

TJLincs (@TJLincolnshire) reported@hblx My partner has Giffgaff on O2 and that was mostly awful
