iovz (@iovz_null) reported@giffgaff Absolute scam company. DO NOT use giffgaff. They just mass-banned tens of thousands of overseas accounts (especially Chinese users) with zero warning. Long-term roaming? Suddenly “against terms”. Account terminated. Remaining balance? Gone. Referral rewards? Stolen. Customer service just copy-pastes the same ****** clause and tells you to **** off. These greedy parasites milked people for years with cheap UK numbers, then when it suited them they flipped the table, locked everyone out and kept the money. No refunds. No negotiation. Just pure theft dressed up as “policy”. giffgaff is not a mobile network. It’s a blackhole for your money. Once they decide you’re no longer profitable or convenient, they will destroy your number and pocket every last cent you prepaid. Stay ******** away. There are better options that don’t rob you the moment you stop being useful to them. Never trust this company. Never give them a single pound.

giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@wife_squirt You must help you father remember his email address then soi he can reset his password and log in as you have said yourself that he does not have the info he's required to provide for UK GDPR laws. So you must help him access his account via his email. - giffgaff Gavin

I L (@iluyimbazi) reportedHello @giffgaff how do I request a refund for my £12.64 unused credit? Number has been successfully ported to another provider this morning. Your chat not in the app was of no help. Can I speak to someone, please?
-
Stu 🇬🇧 (@vis_unita) reported@steabb73 So the phone and calls plan from Vodafone is crap? I figured that so maybe I should just move my business phone to giffgaff or some such plan and connectivity will cease to be a problem?
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

Tom Adamczewski (@tmkadamcz) reported@Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!
