Having to direct rob from London because he went the wrong way lost gps (stupid giffgaff) and parts of the m1 were shut .. appsolute disaster! 😩

@ejblackburn @giffgaff I hate bt, but ee coverage is excellent. £34 a month for an unlimited data sim, I think I get 100 text, no idea about voice as I don't use it. As long as you can set and forget so you can stay away from customer services.

@giffgaff your website is a nuisance - why have a £15 goodybag look almost identical to the £15 golden goodybag. Now bought the wrong one. Nor can I find any customer support to try to fix the mistake. Pfffft

I had been with EE for over a decade and never once have I had to wait too long for something to download on 4G. Giffgaff is too basic for me. Thank God I’m not on contract 😭

1/ @giffgaff disregard previous tweet it appears your stupid website just creates a random new account when trying to register a 5G SIM to upgrade existing SIM. No idea what I'm supposed to do now get this new 5G SIM registered to my existing account. Upgrading a SIM really
