    If the government booster text is an emergency alert, bit odd that so many mobile providers didn't send it. I'm on ee and got it. I'm also on GiffGaff, and I didn't.

    @giffgaff Hello. Need a support telephone number for my mother. None of your self-help chatbot works...

  • AFDIT Anthony Fox-Davies (@AFDIT) reported

    @Yorksims @giffgaff Yeah. I need a human interaction whether that is email, chat support - I don’t mind. It’s just not getting solved by an IFELSE bit of crapware

  • peg_leg5125 Craig Harrison (@peg_leg5125) reported

    @giffgaff Will do now. I was just getting an x where the signal is. Its going between that and 1 bar.

  • CraSh_Williams CraSh Williams (@CraSh_Williams) reported

    @Seanr712 @giffgaff I tried them, it was a couple of years back and whilst OK at the start I ended up with some issue that seemed to take forever to resolve - think it a similar issue to yrs, data bag thing. Gave up in the end and went PAYG with Vodafone, no issues whatsoever.

    @doc_matt_jacko @giffgaff You don't need one,click the "Make a complaint" button

  • MattStibbs Matt Stibbs (@MattStibbs) reported

    Anyone on Giffgaff or other MVNOs get the “Boxing Day Booster” text message? Got one on EE, but not Giffgaff… can’t help think that some of the lower-cost PAYG networks might have been where that message might have been valuable and wondering if they got left out…
