Hey @giffgaff, both my wife and I are getting dropped calls. She's raised a ticket but has been told there are no network issues but it seems pretty coincidental that neither of our phones can maintain a call for longer than around 30s. Can you investigate?

  • SigniusNetworks Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported

@giffgaff 2/ says should be completed within 24hrs, I can't be without my number for work tomorrow, how will I know when to swap SIMs over in my phone other than checking if I have no service on existing SIM?

  • swanseajamie Jamie Akerman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@swanseajamie) reported

@dae_1989 @giffgaff I was with them years back so things might have changed - you get 02 signal, but if you're in a crowded area (e.g. football stadium) you get less priority on the network bandwidth. Prices were good though.
