@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@cr0bar Hi. We have no current plans to stop supporting Blackberry Services, so you should have no issues using a giffgaff SIM in your old device. Just make sure that the phone is unlocked to all networks or locked to O2 - giffgaff Jade

Is there still no WiFi calling for @giffgaff users? Living in an area with no signal this would make life so much more stress free.

@giffgaff Hi - I'm trying to activate a new SIM, but I keep getting "403 Forbidden" when I click 'are you sure' (and at other points). Is there a known problem with that at the moment or should I raise a case?

@O2 Purchased a new contract + phone with you last Saturday, picked a delivery day from your slots. Since then have had no contact whatsoever and my O2 account says no purchases. I moved from GiffGaff because I heard you had better customer support. Why?
