@giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

@jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

@EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

@giffgaff After 6 years with you guys, that is how you are treating me Change my address and in the new one your signal doesn’t work, I have 2 newborn babies at home and I can’t stay without signal And now if I cancel I will have to pay?really? This is how you treat a 6 years costumer?

10 p/m on a phone (probably just the sim only) is possible maybe only on giffgaff cause every other network even three (best network btw) is at least 12 pound monthly for the cheapest plan with no add ons
