@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

Wow Giffgaff is not the network to go roaming in the USA on... With just email and Twitter usage I apparently managed to burn through £30 of data in *2 days* - err is that normal ? I like them for everything else but I may need a local SIM the next time

@jaycek13 We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the app, Jaycek. If you're still able to log into your account via a web browser please can you make sure that your phone software is up-to-date and also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as this may help - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff your recent service levels have been so poor, signal and data so weak in city centres. I’ve been trying to send complaint via website but even that’s throwing an error. How do I report this as I’m close to finding another network. Thank you.

@bannbinouk @giffgaff Hi Steve, usually turning my phone off and back on helps but as others mention it could be a network issue in your area.
