    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    @giffgaff my SIM in my dongle says I’m connected but my laptop is saying the network can’t be joined. It just stopped working a few days ago and now just won’t join!
