@giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

@giffgaff I’ve done the complaint and gave them the reference number to the last one.

@jen20131 @giffgaff Old thread but they’ve done the same to my dad. We realised after finally being able to meet up after lockdown that an issue with the sound we’d hear on video calls wasn’t down to user error but a faulty mic on the phone. Sent off for repair under warranty, want £££ to fix-a con

@giffgaff hi, I have bought a refurbished phone from you and it used Klarna, I though the payments were automatic but its saying I have to make the payment? Is that right? Usually these are all automatic. Don't wana get myself into any trouble

  • davwheat_ David Wheatley (@davwheat_) reported

@PaulWhitewick @geofftech Resetting wouldn't fix it, but checking your network's website for the correct APN settings and inputting them might. I know this fixes a lot of weird issues on giffgaff.

  • andymblackmore Andy Blackmore (@andymblackmore) reported

@tescomobile My network coverage is worse on Tesco mobile than it was on giffgaff which use O2

  • markwilsonit Mark Wilson (@markwilsonit) reported

@giffgaff @o2 have you dialled down your coverage? I got a 5G SIM recently and the 3/4G coverage is dreadful... I've never even seen 5G...

  • andymblackmore Andy Blackmore (@andymblackmore) reported

@tescomobile Been with you a couple of months my number never came across properly from giffgaff with texting. Didn’t have many signal issues with giffgaff but noticed it a lot more on Tesco

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@_gordongeorge @giffgaff That’s is a device setting and not network/giffgaff one. Have a look in your phone settings. Go into contacts and call settings to see if number is already blocked.
