Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Narborough, England@plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE
-
Jamie Lewis Rennie (@JLewisRUK) reported from Leicestershire, England@giffgaff I’ve done the complaint and gave them the reference number to the last one.
-
Oliver Fytche-Taylor (@OllyFT) reported from Chadwell, England@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
-
gojjam (@therealgojjam) reported@kaixan203 @P0lyblank Chill on giffgaff wtf
-
Bob McLobb (@BMclobb) reported@andrejpwalker @O2 @giffgaff Giff Gaff is an mVNO using o2's network. Basically o2 without the marketing costs
-
peter wilson (@wilsonpeter48) reportedFrom you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends
-
kakarot (@kakarotx92) reported@giffgaff Leeds, not good enough. I have important work to be done and all I get is crappy slow internet and the internet cuts off when making calls. Not good enough. Enough is enough, Sorry
-
Who Dey From UK (@WhoDeyFromUK) reported@giffgaff full signal and 4G yet mobile internet is not working… y’all having issues?
-
svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.
-
billy horan (@billyhoranuk) reported@giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah
