    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    @_gordongeorge @giffgaff That’s is a device setting and not network/giffgaff one. Have a look in your phone settings. Go into contacts and call settings to see if number is already blocked.

    @jen20131 @giffgaff Old thread but they’ve done the same to my dad. We realised after finally being able to meet up after lockdown that an issue with the sound we’d hear on video calls wasn’t down to user error but a faulty mic on the phone. Sent off for repair under warranty, want £££ to fix-a con

    @giffgaff @o2 have you dialled down your coverage? I got a 5G SIM recently and the 3/4G coverage is dreadful... I've never even seen 5G...

    @giffgaff gave me the wrong phone, yay! Love having to use a broken phone and wait however many working days to get my refund.
