  @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

  @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

  @plusariworld Also, Giffgaff use O2's network which is decent for coverage, but data speeds aren't as fast as Vodafone or EE

  @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.
