    @giffgaff shocking customer service my SIM card has been hacked and taken over, my online banking been rinsed. I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

    @giffgaff hello I joined a few months ago as I was getting slow 4G speeds on my previous network. After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

    Having to direct rob from London because he went the wrong way lost gps (stupid giffgaff) and parts of the m1 were shut .. appsolute disaster! 😩

    @giffgaff I am in no way affiliated with #giffgaff & have been purchasing their goodiebags for a decade now. I recently has an issue through no fault of giffgaff but they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I Just thought I would say the assistance is much appreciated. #goodybag
