I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

Their charge increase is #phoneshithousery & for a 5 phone family with me being 20 years in maybe time for a change #onenetworkplayer 3 phones out of contract - where do i go? svengali (@_imey) reported@DanNeidle I've had the same SIM-only rolling monthly deal from Giffgaff for 10 years. I've always paid £10 for it. My £10 now gets me as much 5G as I've ever needed. I've never run out of data. I think this data reflects the British consumer's obsession with buying phones through contracts. Unless I've got this wrong, and this chart is showing data-only.

PhilC (@gibberingphil) reported@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

Literally rode past every mast you operate from, no engineers on site near any of them on any of the days you claim "engineers are working on the problem as we speak"

Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE
