I am not able to speak to anyone, they have no customer service number. I cannot log in because they have reset my password and they won’t cancel my sim. Shocking ! 😡

After joining giffgaff it was loads better and now has slowed right up again. Please can you help? When I run a speed test it seems that the speed is capped at under 5mbps!

Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged

It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! 😔 U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
