    Hi @giffgaff Regarding the options for customers to donate out of the goodwill fund, I urge you to give the option again to the 61% of your customers that chose to keep the 90p for themselves rather than give that to charity. SMS service to donate or a funding page. #Charity

    @giffgaff I did that before my initial tweet however waiting another 24 hours for a response let alone a solution is unreasonable considering I haven’t had service for 3 days already. Will I be compensated in any way?

    Well done @giffgaff for losing me a days work 🤬 So u were doing work in the area yesterday & now I can't call,text or use my data. Absolute joke as can see I'm not the only one having the problem. Nothing advised worked for any of us so u need to fix it!
