Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

We have a policy whereby if a SIM is not used for outgoing calls, texts or data, nor topped up in a 6-month period, it is deactivated. (1/2) - giffgaff Jeanette

Anthony Fuller (@FullerHistory) reported@giffgaff Do not place customers in danger! We have a backup phone my wife uses for emergencies -rarely makes calls. With out warning you cancel payment debit - phone inactive. She went to use it yesterday and could not. Change your policy - no calls does not mean not needed.
