-
Teddy (@ChokeLever) reported@giffgaff Tbh I didnβt chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I shouldβve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.

Mark πββ¬ πββ¬ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.
-
DFitz (@DFitzwiliam) reported@giffgaff Urgent unresolved SIM swap/account takeover issue on my Giffgaff account. I have now lost access to my mobile service twice within 36 hours despite repeatedly reporting the compromise and linked banking/finance fraud. No response from you and requires urgent escalation
-
James Drury (@jamespdrury) reportedConsidering Virgin Media broadband but don't want a Hub 5? If you're in a VM full fibre area, GiffGaff broadband comes with an Eero 6+ and 900Mb (UP & DOWN) is just Β£32 per month, no mid contract increases. Use own router for upto 1.2Gb. Use referral code K0DEJXGV for Β£50 credit.

Emily Lay (@emsywemsy10) reported@giffgaff The call number says there is an issue and doesnβt work. And the number to text isnβt working either.
