    @markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

    @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

    @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.
