@giffgaff Yes I have tried that and they stopped responding. Bought dad a larger phone so he can see screen better while organising mums funeral. Attempted to cancel the order immediately when address was wrong. No response when I asked for this and was given the option by your agent?

@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff been totally fine for me. £10/mo sim only and I barely notice it—which is, I think, the kind of relationship one wants with a network provider.

@glynmottershead @giffgaff Just had same issues. 9 months in and Phone camera won't focus and sent back to repair..they wriggle out stating water damage on a waterproof phone that they then say sorry we may have ruined the water proof seal so not covered. You can't make this up ! Con!!

@giffgaff I messaged at 7.30am, but it took 3.5 hours before it was fixed ;-/ It's rather difficult getting to that page - you keep getting the top up page because you're out of data. (I know the fluctuating signal probs are down to @O2 ;( )

@giffgaff hi! you sold me a phone which was broken when i turned it on and has ****** itself within a month - fab. I sent off to repair but apparently the repair isnt covered by warranty, fabbbb. and you are charging me MORE THAN THE PHONE COST to fix it. ******* FAB! LOVE THAT

Switched to voxi/Vodafone as giffgaff don't do voice over WiFi. Now out and unable to log into pokemon go, dunno if it's my signal. Sigh.
