    @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

    @OnePlus_Support 5G doesn't work on O2/giffgaff without manually setting the network type. This is a simple policy config file change your end (can't make stick without root) yet you can't even accomplish that simple task! 36 days after "making a note" I get an update that fails to fix it!     No matter where I am @giffgaff signal is so **** recently. Can't even load fb comments or a Web page. Shouldn't have to rely on WiFi!!

    @GreatAunty1 @EE My network #Giffgaff hasn't increased prices in YEARS!!! When other networks put up prices they put up package sizes. Currently I'm getting Unlimited voice and text + 15gb a month for £10. If your customer wants to swap reply to this tweet & I'll get them£5 extra on first top up

    @AlixAlixcool Hi Alix.We're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working. If you're experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again - giffgaff Nicole

    Hello @giffgaff - is there anywhere I can leave a compliment about one of your agents? During a rather fraught repair (the repairers were the problem), your agent was always polite and helpful and I thought that should be acknowledged. Can't find a way of doing it, though.
