@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

@LisaDicks03 @giffgaff Lisa there’s a place down the road from me in Tunbridge Wells that gives away pay as you go SIM cards. There are loads. Vodafone is a popular one there. Could grab you some and send in the post? Or maybe contact them and see if they will send to you?

@giffgaff Sorry, the EA2010 does not allow you to set the terms by which you provide a service your ignorant response is discrimination harassment & victimisation breaching S13 15 19 20 21 29 149 EA2010 need a response that complies with the law ie phonecall today

@Ajarncom Another vote for Giffgaff. I originally had a 3 SIM card my brother gave me but signal was totally crap so changed to giffgaff and it was great. Used in Europe for 3 months roaming too (that’s the max time they allowed) I bought the £10 package which was more than enough

@giffgaff That's kind of disappointing, I've been with giffgaff since 2009 and have several referrals, it seems whenever issue comes up there isn't much customer care, I know you have policies against refunding goodybags but that's probably how you manage to keep the price down to start.

  • CarolineLDNvet Caroline Allen (@CarolineLDNvet) reported

@Yorksims @giffgaff That's the problem. SIM is in the phone, which is lost! Giffgaff completely unhelpful.

  • KevanRamsdale kevan ramsdale (@KevanRamsdale) reported

@giffgaff VMail does not comply with EA2010 & proves you have phones continually lying about how you provide a service to vulnerable disabled customers is adding to the prima facie evidence of you ignorance of EA2010 #disabledhatecrime
