@DrMarkCarrigan @giffgaff The 80GB fast speed limit only applies to the "Always on"data in the £25 goodybag, if you spend an extra tenner and go for the £35 one you'll have no restriction issues and it'll be impossible to breach the FUP in the time you need it for.

Giffgaff may be a cheap network, but it's the worst one EVER when you're having issues. There's literally nobody you can speak to, it's all done via messages and emails. What should be 30 seconds is taking days!!!

@s_lanning1985 @JackpWild @giffgaff Exactly the same here. Bought "like new" refurbished for daughter's Christmas present. Opened on Christmas day, microphone doesn't work- sent back for repair - they've just told me it's not covered by the warranty and will cost more than I paid for the phone to repair.

@giffgaff registered a new sim but was not given any option to set a password for the account. Wtf? Managed to reset the mystery password, changed the username but cannot log in with phone number, original user name or the new user name. Useless.

@giffgaff Neither of those those things helped. It’s a problem on the account. Also, I bought a goodybag on the 20th Dec but it never got activated.
