@giffgaff yesterday my old number was meant to be transferred from O2 to giffgaff. I understand there’s a problem with that, but I’ve had “no signal” for 28 hours: unable to text, call or use data. My account says I have no goody bag but I purchased one last week. Help please.

@mylittle1andme Ebay giffgaff sims for as little as 20p. Use once every 180 days to keep it active. Dependant on your phone network lock. Some phones have dual sim slots too.

@O2 My number got ported this morning from GiffGaff and everything seemed ok until I lost mobile & data signal a few hours ago. DMed you as I have a conversation going no reply, tried plane mode, removed SIM, nothing! Can you pls help? I’m flying abroad tomorrow😭
