@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@WilliamNB @giffgaff "The mobile network run by you" I thought that was just a metaphorical marketing phrase. So they're literally blaming you for not running the network ;)

@WilliamNB @giffgaff BT and Talk Talk do this too with wired phone/internet. They also threaten to charge you if the 'fault is in your home'. You have to unscrew things on the wall and jump through hoops before deciding that it's the unplugged wire in the telephone exchange that's causing the problem

@huddlestone_v @WilliamNB @giffgaff I am using giffgaff for same reason I personally found EE awful and as much as I am not a huge fan of Vodafone customer service I would say they probably most reliable service and coverage but you do pay a premium for it.

@declanw @giffgaff Wow. That's impressive. They are on the O2 network (O2 owns them). The killer app for 5G is Fixed Wireless Access for homes.

@I_want_holidays @giffgaff All ISPs will want you to test by plugging directly into the master socket. If they call out OpenReach and there's no fault, they get charged. This is different: I proved to @giffgaff that the issue was NOT with the handset, yet they kept blaming me
