@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff hi I just got a Sim and activated it yesterday but I can't do anything with the line. Can't call, text nor browse. The network strength is OK. I have dropped a request with an agent but no response.

@giffgaff Hi - I'm trying to activate a new SIM, but I keep getting "403 Forbidden" when I click 'are you sure' (and at other points). Is there a known problem with that at the moment or should I raise a case?
