  @WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  @giffgaff Raised ticket with Agent Juline, but refund was refused under Section 5.3 after PAC port-out. Loop won't fix this. Please escalate to a Formal Complaint for my credit refund, or send a Deadlock Letter so I can take it to Ombudsman.

  @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new
