Tom Bailey (@TyneTom) reported from Whitley Bay, England@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

Do you wanna get beaten up? (@LiveAt2elve) reportedBecause Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of

Jacob Smith (@Smit3930) reported@giffgaff so when are the mast issues in my area going to be fixed? Been like it for weeks now, if not months. Literally rode past every mast you operate from, no engineers on site near any of them on any of the days you claim "engineers are working on the problem as we speak"
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.
-
Teddy (@ChokeLever) reported@giffgaff Tbh I didn’t chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.
-
Simon (@Simonli127) reported@giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.
-
Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a “less bars” than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.

Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.
