  @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

  @giffgaff @O2 yr mast covering Np10 9jq has been out of action since 24th feb. Very poor service with no resolution date. Terrible customer service

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

  @giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours
