  @gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

  @giffgaff Raised ticket with Agent Juline, but refund was refused under Section 5.3 after PAC port-out. Loop won't fix this. Please escalate to a Formal Complaint for my credit refund, or send a Deadlock Letter so I can take it to Ombudsman.

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!
