  @WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  @gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

  @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

  @Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

  @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

  @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse
