@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@SMARTYMobileUK Bought a data add-on at 10:26. Received a confirmation (and data) at 11:35! In the interim, had a frustrating conversation with a clueless customer-service rep. Thinking of going back to @giffgaff.

I'm super disappointed with @giffgaff starting from the start of the year my sim not working on holiday (but they sorted it out - luckily I had a different sim) now last few days unusable 4G, keeps crashing.

@DaveHKR I was with them ages, like 10 years….great prices but over three years the service got so poor…could never get a signal in central London… I’m on giffgaff now. Much much better.
