@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@AllyBeaven I moved away from Three pretty quickly when moving up here for the same reason. Doing alright on giffgaff for now. No contract so you can always leave at any point if it doesn't work out.

I have to switch from @giffgaff to another provider. It's expensive and doesn't have a good customer service (there's no customer service number to call!) Any recommended service provider with good network signal, prices, and customer service?

@giffgaff @AJOdudu Not very impressed so far. I got a small payg classic phone 📱 activated the sim this morning. I can't ring out on it ,or text. Keeps saying "invalid command". So I don't know why it's not working! Want to cancel my account after paying £10.00 but it's impossible to contact them

@giffgaff I received a complaint that an elderly customer had bills of at least £280 from doing charity work - this should never have been allowed to happen & this is a safeguarding issue also - GiffGaff should at very least refund her money under goodwill/CSR
