I've switched from O2 > GiffGaff > O2 including renewing contracts etc and not had to pay a penny to keep my number. The problem you might have is if they disconnect your old number.     @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Go Giffgaff monthly contract run off the o2 line. Customer service is an oxymoron with the big companies would sooner buy my own phone and go sim only...had the same problem with EE! Give them a look

    @dirtystopoutesx @EE EE have the worst customer service, it's part of why I went to GiffGaff, because you're treated properly and decently, whereas EE, a BT company, seem to go out of their way to be so utterly appalling!
