@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@dorey1414 This is why I ended up with giffgaff, I pay in advance each month, there's no bill to work up. No help at desk to call either but online help has usually solved any issues I've had.

@EmmaKEdDev well it's not clear whether giffgaff does click and collect, and if so, whether they'd allow a 3rd party to collect for me. THEN I would have to order from the UK and still be w/o for several days. But their prices are good and it's an option if BT hotspots fail, so thanks
