@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff you send out a broken phone and then won’t process the order as complete so we can’t make a proper complaint

Hi, @giffgaff my phone has said it has no service for about 4 days now. I’m just wondering if this is an issue with you or my phone in general?

@GilesPalaeoLab You can buy giffgaff ones repeatedly. I’ve done this when I accidentally dropped the first SIM down somewhere unreachable that I cannot describe on Twitter.

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Thanks for replying. I cancelled it the week before last and the app said that it was all done and I had nothing more to do. It’s just disappointing that you follow the steps on the app and they still don’t manage to get the it right. Very poor service.

Does anyone else have problems with @giffgaff where calls cut out before you have time to answer them (within seconds of them calling) missed yet another call from Track and Trace. It doesn’t give me chance to answer. Argh.

@Angel51133622 @giffgaff Giffgaff has never had a call centre. It’s an online based service only. Agents will get back to you ASAP.

@GayRollerCEng @L3GSV Been with @giffgaff for several happy years. They're on the O2 network but without all the O2 marketing crap. Zero problems.

I have tried, tested and critiqued every mobile data provider and @SMARTYMobileUK is by far the best available, compared to @giffgaff who are by far the worst and most unhelpful rude people I ever came across in 50 years
