My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

  • JulieVintageTea Julie Clay (@JulieVintageTea) reported from Shiremoor, England

Still no joy with my phone, my days are numbered now with @giffgaff after many years loyal support #no4g

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

Hey @giffgaff I started using your network just over a year ago. Since switching I frequently experience a loss of internet connection which only re establishes after I turn my phone off and on again. Any ideas why this might be? Thanks in advance.

@giffgaff Why is an update taking so long? Why not send an email saying you will collect the wrong apple phone you posted via DPD and replace my blocked faulty S10+ That you sold to me? Simple solution right? Why does it take so long? I have opened a case with the small claims court

  • charllouX Lylah (@charllouX) reported

@giffgaff just missed an entire concert thanks to your slow internet🙄

  • markhenrydavies Mark Henry-Davies (@markhenrydavies) reported

Seems that all tv dramas have a scene where somebody rings someone, they don’t answer and the voicemail is always something lame like “hey, it’s..you know the drill/ you know what to do”. If it was reality, that giffgaff voice would start and the character would swear and hang up

  • _katefm Kate French-Morris (@_katefm) reported

@giffgaff It’s been another week and still no improvement. I have zero bars all the time, wherever I am in London. I’ve changed my sim twice. Would appreciate some more useful help now as this isn’t really acceptable.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@KiyleF You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann 2/2

  • serichards Suzy Richards 🇪🇺 (@serichards) reported

Well this is annoying. Many of the sites about the different MVNOs said Giffgaff DID support wifi calling. Turns out that is ***** and they don’t 😡 It was shown as being on with Plusnet and they supposedly don’t! It seems a no brainer to have it.
