@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@kevtownsend Have you tried calling as a new customer? I could never get anyone when trying to cancel the subscription few years back. Cancel and get a Giffgaff pay as you go redeem SIM. No hassle.

@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!
