@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

@gazza_d @KarlOnSea @girodilento I did hear that you are further down the priority list for bandwidth congestion with giffgaff than O2. (Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

@giffgaff no signal indoors, can barely get a signal outside. What is happening? Two days it's been like this and that was without the other day where it wasn't working either. Would hope for a bit more reliability when your paying £300 a year

  • ClareLouiseMil2 Clare Lou Milbz (@ClareLouiseMil2) reported

@giffgaff That's what I've been trying to do for 3 days, I have work to upload but can't do it due to signal

  • MarkWatkin2 Mark Watkin (@MarkWatkin2) reported

@WilliamNB @vodafone @giffgaff Mobile operators just like ISP’s…you don’t find the best you find the least worst..

  • KiCornwall Philip Kitson-White (@KiCornwall) reported

@giffgaff I must say that I'm really impressed with you as a new Customer. Switched from EE. The only ****** is a rather slow download speed.

  • michaeligoe Michael Igoe (He/Him) (@michaeligoe) reported

@WilliamNB @vodafone @giffgaff Or 3/ID are worth a shot. Best signal by far at MIL’s in the middle of nowhere.

  • DJMontyzephyr Monty Zephyr (@DJMontyzephyr) reported

@CraftyNigel @giffgaff That's a shock I've been with giffgaff for about 5 years and never had a problem

  • stevewright1976 Steve Wright (@stevewright1976) reported

Trying to switch to @EE seems impossible their prove you’re a human codes never compute and you can’t call customer services as they charge for that and I have no credit and can’t add credit as have to register and can’t. Guess I’m stuck with @giffgaff and their appalling network

  • chris_skelsey Chris Skelsey (@chris_skelsey) reported
