@jamesmitchell09 We're glad to hear that you've now been able to log in successfully, James. The SIM swap can take up to 24 hours to complete, however we would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time, as this would normally help. - giffgaff Emer.

  • Yelitza89 Yelitza Leon (@Yelitza89) reported

@giffgaff That it's not helpful to be honest there are no problems with my name, accounts, etc. I actually have an account with klarna and have never had a problem but they are denying me to buy another phone. Unfortunately after 6 years will need to change phone services.

  • lewi_38 Lewi Wilkinson (@lewi_38) reported

@giffgaff I keep trying to buy a phone, when I press continue I just get a never ending loading symbol. Help?

  • Selfdefence32 Prince Green IIHHST (@Selfdefence32) reported

Piers Morgan, please help, I use giffgaff, every month I have left over data, why is it that these mobile carriers keep that unused data, we need a campaign to allow folk to donate that left over data to school children or the most vulnerable, come on GMB

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@lewi_38 Hi Lewi. We're really sorry to hear that. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try purchasing the phone again. If you do have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

  • snitch_behind Sam (@snitch_behind) reported

@giffgaff How do I cancel an order I just placed? There are no options

  • _SimonRice Simon Rice (@_SimonRice) reported

@samuelaled @ThreeUK If I’m not mistaken, only EE & O2 support it - & this excludes MVNOs on their networks like Giffgaff too

  • R1zwanUK RT (@R1zwanUK) reported

@giffgaff can’t make or receive calls or send or receive texts. I have the phone showing that there is network but doesn’t allow me to do anything

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@jamesmitchell09 Hi James. We were aware of an issue with logging in, however this has now been resolved, so would you be able to try logging in again please? - giffgaff Emer.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AtomOfTheSun Hi, The order shown on your screenshot is linked to an iPhone 11, this can't be changed through a phone update. This would suggest an iPhone 11 was purchased, and would be why your phone shows an iPhone 11. I you drop us a DM we can try to help further with this. giffgaff Natalie
