(Also in a macho - mine is bigger than yours kind of way, I have more data than you are allowed buy, 40GB. Travelling a lot these days)

PaulM 🇮🇪🇫🇷🇨🇦🚲🐟 (@Onebiskuit) reported@PaulbernalUK Two operators of which I have experience - GiffGaff and Three Ireland - have for years placed a limit on roaming data on plans with very high data allowances. Giffgaff by charging 3.6p per mb over 20gb/m, Three by slowing the data rate right down. It's quite legal under EU law.

She received a new phone and needed a new sim, kept her number and it looks like giffgaff set up a new account, charged her for the new account but didn’t cancel the previous one. So she has paid 17months without realising.
