@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

Does anybody know if there's going to be a way to vote via the app this year in the UK? The phone numbers are never included in @giffgaff free minutes, and I don't have a landline, and refuse to put £10 credit on for maybe £1 of votes.
@giffgaff Emer the last giffgaff update on that link was timed 14:47 today. Would you call this good customer service?
@giffgaff 13+ hours without data now but I’m a lucky one some customers of yours are 28hrs + without data due to your systems errors. Does anyone take this seriously at giffgaff?

@giffgaff Hi, I’ve just got a new giffgaff SIM card, I’ve followed all instructions but it still says it needs to be activated. I can’t find my number because it’s not where it says it is and I can’t text the number because my iMessage won’t turn on. Can you help? Why this hard
